It was a good experience in this hotel, but they did not allow me to stay single hour extra and they told us to pay full amount if we stay one hour extra also. There is no compliment water bottle given

Reached late at hotel, no service staff available to help with luggage or provide water. Provided a room towards main road, could not sleep due to excessive noise on the road at night. Too expensive for the service and room.
