Very much screeming staff manager.. Sheela / Shalman/ Md and front office manager. No body from the team was good and supportive . Infact one of their team person himself told us that it is very frequently the lady Sheela is not good , she dose the same act with everyone, many of people have complaint about this. We had our group there in this hotel dec 2024 last week , we had our booking for students group , which was noted by mail in hotel oct 2024, and advance was also deposited by our client. As per mail it was charge per person per night on quad sharing. But when group arrived to hotel , hotel alloted room as per their way and after this they send us bill very much different and forced us to pay the access bill also which was actually not (Rs 30-40 K) extra amount they calculated in bill . Knowingly they did fake entry in bill , Shown it there 5 person in each room , 4 person in each room , 3 person in each room, 2 person in each room.. But in bill they charged 4 per son for all room 3 sharing/ 2 sharing, and room which we did not take that also they charged. 35 pax as our calculations and tour coordinator but they charged 46 pax .. and group 2 total pax were 46 but they charged 56 pax By showing fake entry they imposed on us the extra Billing. And threat us to pay , or else stop the breakfast. Please do not do this hotel ever for any of your booking. Very very bad service/ staff/ room etc

One of the worst hotel entire hyderabad..Lady Sheela And salman they have no manners of talking guest they are actually theaf..i request to all travel agents and guest plz don't go with this hotel.. they making u fool after checking they threat u..we remove your booking.. They double the price after landing the group at hotel, Makes the agent band guest in trouble by their behaviour and service. They don't sleep any opportunity to charge extra money for non kind of service.. Threat the client to stop the service, breakfast, dinner.. clear all the payment first ( which is very much access payment 30000-40000 extra what they place for nothing) And problem is here , they don't listen and discuss the issue going. Even their team itself give bad reviews about them . Pathetic.. experience.

Very dirty and torn bed sheet. Even the replaced linen was dirty. Over all stay was very unpleasant.

The hotel is terrible with very rude and arrogant staff. I reached there in midnight and when checked in room, no tea coffee sachets were kept in room. When asked for it the bellboy told me that tea coffe sachets will be given in morning. I tried to call front desk but the phone was not working. I went again down at 1. 00 am asking then for tea coffe sachets and after lot of struggle, they sent it to room. The phone hook in the toilet was broken hence the phone was hanged to the above steel structure and it was looking like some one has hanged the phone till death. The breakfast was very much basic and totally cold. Absolutely worthless hotel for 4000 plus. I will not pay even 1500 for this room and staff.

I had stayed in this property for one night and that was the worst stay in any indian hotel. Don’t get swayed with the size of the property. Their maintenance is non- existent, services are awful. The staffs are rude and unprofessional. It’s a health hazard to stay here as the bedsheets are stained and not cleaned properly. Am not sure it’s changed after every stay. The room full of cockroaches and thick layer of dust on cupboard shelves and on table. The breakfast is also horrible, only 2/3 items served and that too cold. As they just lay it there and get vanished. No souls visible to serve. Overall it’s a forgettable experience and unless compelled or want to risk you mental or physical health don’t even consider this as a stay option.

1. Intercom not worked 2. Wash basin water, not drain 3. Taxi booked, but the driver did not attend in time 4. Poor reception service while checkout early morning. 5. Expensive compared to service 6. Overall experience is not good.
