I previously enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is why I booked it again. However, this time it was a disappointing experience. The room was lacking basic amenities like towels and hand towels, and room service was not up to standard. When I inquired about the issues, I was told there had been a change in management. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly.

Negative points:The hotel was not very clean, cockroaches in bathroom with bed sheet old and stained. The corridor was smelling bad.
