Money was stolen from my room, which is absolutely unacceptable in any establishment that claims to offer security. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, the hotel has completely ignored my complaint. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue una completa decepción. Beyond the theft, the hotel demonstrated a complete lack of ethics: they denied me the meals and activities that had already been paid for in advance. Even though my reservation included everything, the staff insisted that I only had breakfast, and I was denied my meal upon arrival, which was entirely their mistake. Stayed for two nights at this 5-star luxury hotel. The staff were friendly, and the food was good. The suite is spacious, and from the veranda, we saw baboons and impalas in the morning and evening. It's a 20-minute drive from Victoria Falls, with a cricket stadium being built nearby. I only had one issue with the low water pressure for the first two days, nearly catching a cold after a cold shower. Despite that, I would return if visiting Victoria Falls again.
