This is my second time to go on vacation here.
The villa is spacious and has a good environment. There is an audio-visual room in the basement (but the TV is small and old, it would be better to replace it in the future) and message facilities; the garden is very large, with enough private hot springs for 4-5 people to soak together, which are heated from 2 pm to 10 pm every day; camping equipment is provided; the room is very clean, and when you need to soak in the hot spring, they will come to clean the fallen leaves in the pool in time.
The environment of the villa hotel park is very good, connected to the Sheraton Hotel, you can use the Sheraton's swimming pool and gym, and eat breakfast at the Sheraton.
The service response during the stay was very timely, the hotel butler Xiao Ni provided great service, and the front desk Xiao Jie was enthusiastic and responsible.
Very satisfied, it is worth coming again next time.

The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour.
The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

I got back to the hotel very late at night, past 2 o'clock, and found that one of the light strips in the room could not be turned off. I pressed all the buttons but it still did not work. I thought it was too late to go to the front desk, so I had to sleep with the light on.

A parent-child outing on the weekend. Nanxun Ancient Town is outstanding among the Jiangnan water towns. A newly opened hotel found on Ctrip temporarily. The location is about 2.2 kilometers away from the ancient town. They are all on the same line of Nanmen Street. The starting fee for taking a taxi to the ancient town is 500+ for a twin room on holidays, which is much more affordable than the 300+ on weekdays and 800+ on the day. The two young ladies at the hotel front desk are both kind and smiling. They also warmly remind the baby sitting on the trolley case not to bump his chin. The room configuration is a surprise. The hotel room type at this price has a porch and an independent cloakroom with bathrobes that feel good. The bathroom is not only spacious but also divided into three parts. The bathroom hardware is a full set of Kohler. The bedding is dry and white. Every corner of the room is cleaned without a stain. There is also a ventilation window that can be opened 🔛 The mattress is very supportive. The twin room can be put together into a 2.4-meter horizontal large bed. I didn't feel any nausea and softness when sleeping in the middle. I slept well until dawn. I didn't book breakfast because I wanted to try the affordable breakfast in the ancient town. The breakfast is not bad according to the reviews. I hope it stays good. I will choose Sihai next time I come to Nanxun.

In the spring, I came to Nanxun with my family and chose the Hilton Hotel, which has been open for more than a year, to stay for two nights. The hotel style is very grand, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are very new and user-friendly. The hotel has a scheduled shuttle bus to and from Nanxun Ancient Town on weekends and holidays. It is very convenient to book a car in advance through WeChat and the concierge.
The hotel buffet breakfast is rich in variety. At noon and in the evening, I also tasted the Western-style simple meal on the 5th floor and the Qingya Chinese Restaurant on the 21st floor. There happened to be new seasonal dishes in spring. I tasted the knife fish wontons, which must be recommended.
The hotel staff service is also in place. Xiaolan and Xiaodong, the concierge, are very thoughtful and considerate in the evening shift, providing high-quality customer service. The restaurant waiters are also very enthusiastic, leaving a good dining experience. The hotel also has a parent-child family room with a slide. Manager Xiao Ma at the front desk introduced the characteristics of the parent-child room in detail. I just finished my trip to Nanxun and can't wait to plan to bring my little friends to stay next time 😀

The hotel is slightly located in a newly developed tourist resort area, surrounded by development projects! When I first arrived at the hotel, I almost canceled because of the location. Then I entered the room and the experience was quite good. It has a large space, double balconies, and a wide view! The service at the front desk was timely and the car was picked up and dropped off. The security guard at the door was also friendly and courteous! The night is incredibly quiet and the air is fresh! Suitable for vacation and recuperation! Still satisfied with the room facilities! Must praise!

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

GGuest UserWhat a wonderful surprise when we arrived to this place. The rooms are all different and very well decorated. The view of the mountains is terrific and the pool is perfect. The menu at the restaurant is not very long but everything we tasted was truly delicious. The staff went above and beyond to help us finding a driver, selecting locations to visit nearby, booking tables and answering questions we had from CDC. They shared their wechat contact at check in and they were very responsive.
We had a wonderful stay, our kids too. We highly recommend this place.

HHowardFantastic 2-night stay at the Naked Castle. Perfect for a short getaway from surrounding big cities. Beautiful views from the cliffside suite. I prefer the cliffside suite vs. the 5 different themed castle room due to the large open layout of the suite and better views of the mountain. Staffs are super nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast (next to the pool) is good and the restaurant at the castle is great! Not a huge amount of amenities but that's ok since the purpose of going there is to relax. Used half a day to check out the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic areas. If you don't drive yourself, getting in and out with taxi requires a little bit of planning. Side of the property has two direct hiking trails to the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic area (easy hike) and Yu Cun (very challenging). Pro tip: make sure to bring anti-mosquito/bugs bite lotion/cream and also anti-itch lotion.
Special shout-out to Johnson, who really took care of us during our stay and the restaurant staff at the castle for their excellent service!

The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. GGuest UserI really like the decoration style of this B&B. It is simple, smart and stylish. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really like the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. You can see the beautiful mountain views. There is a dedicated parking lot just below the B&B. Many other B&Bs do not have dedicated parking spaces and can only park on the roadside. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot, very close to Yunshang Grassland and Zhuye Lieping Base. The hostess of the B&B carefully recommended the Jingkong Grand Canyon, where you can swim along the river for free. The service staff in the store are very attentive and hospitable to guests. They also provided free fruit and breakfast during the stay. They also thoughtfully gave us souvenirs when we left. We must take our family to travel to Anji again if we have the opportunity. The food at Liang Ge Yuzhuang Restaurant recommended by the B&B is really delicious. You must go to eat here.

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

GGuest UserTraveling under the epidemic is always full of ups and downs, but meeting Yundi is a blessing. The cloud mansion, which is almost full, has been collected for a while, and it is difficult to find a rear room. Beautiful scenery along the way, infinite bamboo forest scenery. Really refreshing. Hidden in the village, protected by the bamboo forest. As soon as I arrived, the little brother came out to pick me up, and valet parking (thinking that the service is only available in five-star hotels). For me, who has no blind goals and can travel as soon as I say go, this is a real treasure. It gave me good travel advice. In the afternoon, I went to a nearby deep stream for rafting. And provide me with free laundry service. It's just fantastic, and there's so much to do in the evening. Board games, open-air movies, swimming, arcades, everything is in play. The next day I got up very early, enjoyed the beautiful panoramic sunset of Anji, and fell asleep one by one. By the way, the bedding of Xiayun Mansion is really amazing, and I slept very comfortably. Although it is very busy, everyone in the store is very enthusiastic to solve all your problems. The key point is to praise the food and beverage here, the price is relatively high cost-effective in the same area. Auntie originally opened a local restaurant. The taste is very good. More importantly, the Chinese food and Western noodles here are very delicious. The french fries here are not powdered, they are freshly fried. Both rice and oil are branded. A lot of details, it shows its intentions. Travel is better than eating well, staying well, sleeping well, playing well, it seems that you can get it all. Come again in winter. By the way, I forgot to recommend it, the Oiran latte is top-notch.

GGuest UserI stayed in a family room with my child for two days. There were toothbrushes and small toilets for children. I really liked the children's bed in the room, as well as the climbing ladder and rocking horse. When I checked in, there was also a butler service. Our butler was Zhang Dengzhan, who was very nice. He gave two toys to the children, and they couldn't put them down and took them home. When we went to the scenic spot, the butler also helped to call a car and carry luggage. The service was great.
What I like most is their breakfast, which is rich and colorful, and there is food for young children. There is also a squirrel tribe next to the hotel. When I arrived on the first day, I was afraid that the children would be tired by car and didn't go to the scenic spot. I played in the squirrel tribe for an afternoon. There were little squirrels, little rabbits, peacocks, and slides for children to play, excavators, etc. The children had a lot of fun.
This time I went to Yunshang, the children had a lot of fun. They didn't complain about being tired after running all day, and kept saying that they wanted to play. The rest in the hotel was also great. In short, it was worth the money.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
