The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.

The hotel is right in the ancient town. The old house is renovated. It is very comfortable to stay. The breakfast is very rich and the quantity is very large. I can't finish it at all. The lunch is good. The three local specialties taste very good. Fruits are also delivered in the afternoon, and there is sweet soup in the evening. There is free water and drinks in the refrigerator. 在網上查了很多酒店，最後定了這家。房間寬敞明亮，落地窗，望出去風景很好，地理位置非常好，離太湖風景區、火車站，市區步行街衣裳街都是很近的。馬路對面有火鍋和串串，晚上餓了，可以吃個夜宵。酒店還提供免費的停車和自助洗衣服務，覺的挺方便的。酒店前台小姐姐挺禮貌、熱情，周到的。很不錯的住宿體驗。值得推薦啊！
