The facilities are indeed a bit old, the window glass is single-layered, there is no screen window, the weather is hot, there is no way to open the window for ventilation, there will be mosquitoes flying in. But the room hygiene is not bad, barely acceptable. The bad thing is that there is no paper in the room. The disposable items are supplemented. I give two bottles of water every day. One day we left a bottle on the table, so we made up a bottle for us. This money should be saved? ! Although there are dissatisfaction, it is better than the location and the price is cheap. It is recommended!

The home cinema room is just Incredible. The managers Michael speak petfect english and is such a nice man. He helped me for everything, my laundry, my Taxi (because I didn't have wechat pay) and was so kind. All the staff was very helpfull too and patient. The hotel seems very new, and the equipment is made of quality. My next trip to Hanzhou I will stay same hotel for sure. Unbeatable.
