The hotel is next to shopping, very convenient for shopping and food. The check in lobby located at 25 floor and rooms are at 10 to 23 floor. There is no laundry room. Room size is good and we had nice city view. Staff are friendly.

I recently stayed at a hotel and I was very satisfied with this stay. I especially wanted to write a good review for this hotel. First of all, Xiao Liu at the front desk of the hotel is very attentive. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are very complete. The beds in the room are comfortable and soft, making me sleep well all night! The hotel is in a great location. It is located in the city center, very convenient transportation, and there are many shops and restaurants around, so I can ask when I am empty to go shopping and taste the food. Overall, the quality of service and facilities of this hotel are excellent. Provided me a stealing stay experience. I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers and look forward to visiting again next time.

The hotel is close to Yishang Street and Xiaoxi Street. There is a large supermarket downstairs. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to eat and shop. The hotel has a high floor with a wide view. Although the room is not spacious, the bedding is relatively comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is also good. The front desk service is professional and fast, the room is relatively old, and the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe the room in the VIP building next to it will be better. There are many kinds of breakfast, and several restaurant staff are in place! The location of the hotel is very good.

For the cost, this is probably the best hotel I've stayed in. Amenities are great, didn't expect to be able to wash clothes for free and little things like wireless charging station in the room and autoflushing toilet were cool little bonuses The place is very clean and modern as well, it's also very convenient to get to renhuang mountain from here

訂了2間房12月28日入住，27日就有服務人員電話詢問，問有什麼需求會盡量滿足，入住時還免費升了級，進房間後，房間的裝修設施，包括凈化器和桌上的濕垃圾盒，都為該酒店加了分。我們一家一年要來湖州好幾次，晚上家人們都認為以後來湖州就鎖定湖州賓館了。可是今天早上的自助餐讓我跌破了眼鏡，逛了一圈，好多缸都是空的，決定煮碗麪吃吃算了，我們要了3碗麪，那個煮麪的阿姨指着桌上那碗不知什麼時候煮好的已經漲開的麪條，讓我們拿，我拒絕後那位阿姨就不理我們了。正好這時有位服務員來説有位老總要餛飩，她就開始煮餛飩了，明明煮麪池裡有4個漏勺可以同時煮，可她就寧願讓她空着也不幫我們煮，全程沒有任何錶情。滑稽的是感覺她一邊煮一邊在冥想，沒有任何動作，呆滯了半天對着那位服務員説了句，老總的餛飩裏要放些辣椒醬。本來也感覺很正常，先為領導服務嘛。可奇怪的事情來了，後面來了一位客人要了2碗餛飩，她居然先煮起了餛飩，我們2個大活人站在她面前那麼久，她居然視若無睹。直到我老公不高興了説話詢問她，她才幫我們煮。我們家人討論下來，她這樣可能是對我們不要桌上的那碗漲開的麪提出抗議。今天早上（12月29日）發生的事讓我重新審視了該酒店，也許這就是所謂的一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥吧！很遺憾不好的心情讓我忘記把早餐廳的情況拍照記錄下來了。

I have always believed in Atour's service. The front desk lady answered all my questions and was very considerate. Atour's breakfast is also very good. There are drinks, biscuits, tea bags and coffee in the refrigerator in the room. I saw that there were small gifts and fruits for children. I will consider Atour as the first choice when I go out in the future. I hope Atour will stick to its original intention and do better and better!

The location is excellent and can be reached via navigation. The parking lot is large and convenient for parking. The room is well-equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The price-performance ratio is high. I like it. I highly recommend it. See you next time

We chose the homestay for it's secluded location and loved every bit of it! The rooms were fantastic. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. The bbq experience with the outdoor karaoke setup was great! Sang our hearts out! The view of the bamboo forest from the room coupled with an outdoor balcony made the evenings that much more special to enjoy with our group. The breakfast meals were an absolute delight and the staff made sure to cater exactly as we requested. Transport (via alipay car hail) was a bit of an issue because of the scarcity of taxis in the area, but the auntie at the hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi through one of her friends. The hotel outdoor area is very spacious and had multiple activities to follow including water gun fights and trampolines. We really did let the kid inside of us run wild this weekend. The fishing experience was fun and educating although we couldn't catch any ourselves. All in all, such a great weekend and will definitely recommend to anyone including foreigners. 5/5 Totally satisfied.

The room is very big, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the wash basin is outside, so there will be no conflicts when washing and going to the toilet, and you won't be unable to go to the toilet and wash your face because someone is taking a shower. I chose this hotel because I thought it would be closer to Moon Bay. There are buses to Moon Bay and Fisherman's Wharf nearby. The transportation is quite convenient, but there are relatively few bus trips. There is No. 20 direct to Huzhou Railway Station nearby. To go to Moon Bay, we go directly to Didi, which is cheap and fast. The hotel is a recuperation hotel, very clean and quiet. Most of the elderly people come from Shanghai. There is also a place to read in the lobby on the first floor. The bed was a bit firm for my liking. Generally, hotels are not soft enough to make people sleep with backaches. There is an outlet not far from the hotel where you can go shopping. The night before going back, nucleic acid was done near the hotel, which is very convenient.
