"Booked us a dirty uncleaned room then gave us another room that wasn't cleaned. Then the lady at the front desk was like there's only 1 more room available and if it's not clean then you'll have to pay more money to upgrade your room! Luckily the room was ok but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone."
