Excellent hotel! Nice room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, mugs and glass glasses, tea and coffee. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a lot of food (we had breakfast and dinner) and it is delicious! Otherwise in Egypt there is a lot, but it’s not tasty) The beach is good, there are fish. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, but it is available throughout the entire territory, even on the beach. In an hour you can walk from the hotel to the walking area with fountains and all sorts of cafes along the embankment or right along the beach. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back :)

Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the service to the catering, several restaurants, very nice decoration... beautiful swimming pools and gym. Beautiful hotel on a human scale (not like the big complexes where you get lost), clean hotel and room with sea view... new hotel so very attentive staff. Beach nearby, nothing around except other hotels... about 25 minutes from Hurghada. I recommend this stay if you want to have a great vacation

Huge resort in Hurghada in the Sal Hasheesh area, it had a lot of potential but from the first night our hopes of spending a holiday with all the comforts were dashed. We were assigned a room on the lowest level of the structure, with walls raised by humidity and a terrible smell of mold. We protested and we were changed rooms, with the promise that the following morning we would be taken to yet another room because the problem apart from the smell, was that the room was objectively dirty. The following morning we were moved to the third room on the second floor. A boy had taken care of cleaning it but obviously it was a general cleaning. Just think that the sheets were full of hair, in fact we slept on them for a week. The common areas, the long corridors were never cleaned, in fact the marble had a dull patina, look at the attached photos. The hall and the restaurant room were cleaned with a spray bottle, I'm talking about the floors, and a squeegee. Apart from this big inconvenience, the structure itself was magnificent, very large, the pools were clean, there was a heated pool, and the beach was very nice and clean. The food was also quite varied, even if the variety of fruit for example was limited. In conclusion, do not expect a five star because it is not, it could be when the structure is really cleaned from top to bottom. Unfortunately, we Italians have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. We traveled with another family in fact you will find the same review.

The hotel basically needs taxis for travel, so it is suitable for staying in the hotel and lying down. The buffet room says 500/person, but the restaurant says 750/person when signing the bill. After communicating with the lobby manager, it was charged at 500/person. If you are not good at English, you may encounter such problems.

Super good hotel, super super super recommended, except for being far away from the city, there are no other shortcomings. 1. The main thing is that the scenery is super beautiful. It is with the hotel next door. Beautiful too. 2. The restaurant is super delicious (compared to another chain recommended by a book, this one is simply heaven, and that restaurant is all praised by Lei). There are dozens of kinds of desserts that are not as sweet as Lei, and everyone in the family You know, it’s heaven to have non-sweet desserts on the European and American menu. Most of the dishes are delicious. The pasta is super fragrant, and there are many kinds of fruits and yogurts. In addition, there are two restaurants that require reservations. There is a seafood barbecue that can be reserved, such as the Japanese-style Egyptian Teppanyaki, which is very fragrant but we did not make a reservation. There is also a very exotic tent. 3. There is a long private beach coastline, which the Glass Sea Hotel can have. There are so many deck chairs on the beach, hundreds of them can lie on them, but there are very few people lying on them. The sea breeze is so comfortable. 4. The decoration of the hotel is similar to that of Manxin in China. The room is very new, there is plenty of hot water, the balcony is beautiful, and the glass windows have locks. Some buildings have not been completed yet, so the price will probably increase after they are completed. It is really worth it. The service staff likes to ask for Fengyoujing as a tip🤣, so I gave him the remaining half bottle. The only drawback is that I got bitten by mosquitoes when I went to the beach at night, but bad mosquitoes are everywhere, and I don't blame this hotel. I didn't encounter any discrimination against Chinese people. At least the service staff were very nice to me. I will stay here again next time.

This hotel is in a resort, suitable for a relaxing holiday⛱️. The security is very high, and the room is very clean and fragrant. You can see the sunrise from the room in the morning, and the hotel service staff are very responsible. We played in the hotel swimming pool at night and forgot our bag by the pool. The hotel staff found it and handed it to us (in fact, we didn't know the bag was lost), and counted and confirmed the cash and ID card in the bag✅. It's very touching😹

A very average hotel, far from 5 stars. Loud animation on the beach and tour sellers pester you 24/7. They don't accept refusal the first time. The hotel is in the desert and there is nowhere to walk outside, but neighboring hotels have a promenade. The room is ordinary, but spacious. Inconvenient organization of food. Large space, all the counters are built along one wall. You have to wander between them for a long time, the food gets cold, although it was initially barely warm. Not enough staff - they do not have time to set the tables, they do not offer drinks, only spy service. The huge space of the hall is completely useless, poorly lit and looks outdated. The staff is not involved and not responsive. I ran 3 times in a row with a broken key to a locked room to the reception, where the girl ”fixed” the magnetic card each time. After this, you do not feel rested. A common problem with Egyptian hotels that are painted with 5 stars. We spent New Year's Eve in this hotel - a cringe-worthy evening with a hangar of tables covered with a sheet (photo below). The next 10 days were spent in a hotel nearby (the name repeats the genre of music), it is better to spend money there.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, there is a water park, close to the beach, and the swimming pool is small. The network is very poor.
