The hotel service is not good. I called for check-out and waited for more than half an hour but no one came. I called twice and they said they would come but they still didn't come. I was arranged to stay on the 3rd floor, which only has stairs. The suitcases are too heavy to move. If there is an elevator, I would take it back myself. And there is an uphill slope in the hotel. This is not convenient to handle by myself. The room I was given is also the edge of the pool view room. The wind is very strong. The hotel next door is empty and has no shelter. The waiters on the platform outside the hotel are very good at serving white people. We sat down and no one came to give us knives and forks for a long time. The plates were collected very quickly. The knives and forks were taken away without asking. What if we want to eat something else? We have to ask them for knives and forks again. The same goes for going to the swimming pool. The hotel is large, clean and tidy, and has a swimming pool, beach, bars and restaurants. The hotel service staff was also okay, and I didn't feel any discrimination against Asians. You can eat in the restaurants of the two hotels, Alpha and Alma, but you must make a reservation at least one day in advance. The hotel is old, the air conditioner in the room is noisy, the bed sheet fabric is OK, but there are no flaws like in the elevator. Even if there are staff, you have to move it yourself.
