這是我這行程最糟糕的房間，我入住房間由於剛用油漆刷新，刺眼刺鼻，不適合人類居住，我跟前台服務員溝通要求換房，前台不肯換，衹安排服務員用空氣清新劑來房間噴，這不是掩耳盜鈴，我衹能整晚將門打開，用桌椅擋在門口，你無法想象我在這裏度過一個難以想象的夜晚😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Amazing hotel and staff, rooms a bit outdated but mattresses are very comfortable to sleep at. We chose this hotel on amazing offer and wasn't disappointed! What I'm personally looking for in a trip is a great food, place to sleep and activities and clean pool area which this hotel definitely achieved while we were here. Everyone was very helpful and the staff was nice.

Don’t bother with this hotel take at look at some of the guest pictures that’s what it’s like not good at all most of the professional pictures are of other hotels not the empire the food well what can you say I’m not fussy with it I’ll eat anything but only if it’s edible and most of it wasn’t raw chicken and beef that was tougher than your dip flops as for the food (snacks) at the beach bar there was any unless you wanted to pay for it. I think I’ve said enough apart from keep well away

Absolutely awful not clean as it was so late at night we slept in our cloths. The manager told us he had no more rooms available but rooms could be booked on line. Got shown another room same condition on had two beds. I dont believe hotel had been maintained for years so bad we moved hotels next morning.

They have a woman in cleaning staff wich steals money from peoples wallets and also things from rooms or from their luggage but nothing about cleaning... only stealing things! She has very sticky hands!!! DIRTY ROOMS and cockroches under bed!!! Now you know you need to avoid this place!!!

This is a 1 star hotel the food is cold and discusting we all ended up with bad stomach cramps cudnt keep off toilet for 5 days . We was promised a free steak for compensation for the state of our room which was told on the night a charge of £20 per person to celebrate christmas and food also £20ppor eat groul food in restaurant no food or beer after 2 oclock in afternoon the staff very unpleasant please keep away from this dirty discusting place this is not a allinclusive hotel its more like a hostel
