Golden Rose Hotel

Stayed all over the world and this is dirtys hotel I have ever stayed, staff.constantly harass you for money for my sheets it was old curtains tv in room are about 40 years old no hot water in shower place is over run with cockroaches it is bad stay away.from it

Arrived at hotel about 9 o’clock at night the people in the reception were shouting and arguing with each other got to my room sockets were hanging of the walls tv in room was about 50years old Wi-Fi didn’t work there was old curtains in bed as sheets and there was no hot water for shower. I was woken up by people shouting the hotel went on fire I had to be rescued from my room when firemen arrived thay brought a lady out who was still in her room and couldn’t get out .the owner showed no concern for any of the guests all he was concerned about was how much it was going cost him as HE said he dident have any INSURANCE so beware if you are thinking of staying here

I don't recommend this place at all..Extremely aggressive n rude receptionist..he has zero professionalism.. he kept shouting over n over saying "Who do you think yourselves..you're Egyptian guests..you don't pay us dollars" coz the trip supervisor told him that the rooms need to be cleaned properly.. however the other staff were nice n friendly!! Rooms weren't clean..sheets n billows had hair on them..there were ants n cockroachs..TV was broken..the curtain fell down on my mom's head while she was trying to close it..the air condition is extremely old n noisy..!!

Prima hotel , schoon en goede ligging kwa restaurants etc. Ook vlabij het strand en verder aardig personeel. Ontbijten deden we in het stadje dus kan ik niks van zeggen. De entree voor het hotel is wat stoffig en rommelig maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen. Wij als gezin vonden het een fijn verblijf
