The lake view is a joke. The lake is just a small bubble. The balcony is blocked by a tree. Like other reviews, there is a certain degree of discrimination, but most of the staff are friendly, although this is what they should do. I wanted to pay extra to upgrade the sea view, but the one we were shown was just a slightly larger bubble. The staff told me that this was the best sea view room, but I didn't upgrade it in the end. The swimming pool is open very late and closes very early. If you want to go to the sea, this hotel is completely unnecessary. The food is not even as good as the 100 yuan buffet in China. You basically eat bread to fill your stomach. We gave a US dollar as a tip for the luggage, but the other couple didn't have change and gave 10 Egyptian pounds, which was a very bad attitude. This kind of thing shouldn't happen to a five-star hotel. It is recommended to pay extra to choose a better all-inclusive hotel, or a regular all-inclusive. If you want to save money or don't have time to stay in the hotel when you go to the sea, just choose a cheap one in the city. It's not convenient to travel here. Finally, we checked in. When we were leaving, the staff was very nice. I forgot to ask his name. When he saw us carrying our luggage, he kept apologizing to me and told me that they should arrange a shuttle bus to pick us up. The staff at the beach and the pool were also very nice. When we wanted to go swimming after the sun went down, the staff at the beach told me that the sea was very dangerous after the sun went down and joked that there would be sharks. The staff at the pool patiently told me that the pool was closed and needed to be disinfected, which would hurt my eyes. Overall, it was really not worth the price.

Hotel location is good, breakfast is good. But the room facilities are really old, especially the sanitation of the bathroom is so-so. As far as five-star hotels are concerned, the price/performance ratio is not high. There are gaps in all aspects of lobby services.

Ich bin von diesem Preisleistungsverhältnis völlig begeistert! Es stimmte einfach alles, die Freundlichkeit, vor allem im Spa (auch der super nette Verkäufer der Massagen Ahmed), im italienischen Restaurant (einfach alle 🤗) und vorne in der Bar. Sobald wir Wünsche und Bitten hatten, wurden uns diese erfüllt. Die Verkäufer am Pool empfand ich nicht als aufdringlich. Auch wenn man nichts gekauft hat, waren sie nett und freundlich, bis zum letzten Urlaubstag. Das Hotel und auch der Ort waren extrem sauber und die Freundlichkeit kann ich immer nur wieder hervorheben. Die Anlage, eingebettet in die Lagune, ist ein Traum. Die Tuktuk-Fahrten zum Golfplatz, hin und zurück, waren schnell und zuverlässig. Und die Lagunentour mit dem Boot, in den Sonnenuntergang, war so schön! Obwohl viele deutsch sprechen, machten wir es allen einfacher und sprachen englisch. Und Zimmer lag strategisch sehr gut, die Restaurants, die Rezeption, der Pool und das Meer waren super schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns im Sheraton Miramar El Gouna sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig und direkt am Strand. Die Außenanlagen mit den vielen Brücken und die Lagunen haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Hotelanlage ist wriklich sehr schön und weitläufig. Das Essen insgesamt auch sehr gut und unsere frisch renoviertes Zimmer Top und sauber :-) Die Kellner freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten ich auch die Servicekräfte im Barbereich mit Abdullah, Hany, Tarek, Ahmed, Nasser und Nora. Alle waren stets freundlich und bei guter Laune :-) Abdullah war hier unser Lieblingskellner !!
