Hotel is really nice and clean. Lots of restaurants with a good choice of food. When checking in Ahmed Mazhar and Mostafa were amazing and made me feel right at home. Sorted my room and managed to get my family close to me as I was here to surprise them. 5⭐️ service and definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you again to you both. The pool is one of the cleanest pools I’ve ever seen. Entertainment staff really nice and helpful. Lack of things on during the day is the only thing I would say. Mohammed the housekeeper went above and beyond always to make sure we had everything we needed. Whilst all in all the hotel was great there are some things that let it down. In general all staff were helpful and happy, however as always there were a few that weren’t and wouldn’t do anything to help. Soft drinks are all bottles so it’s fine if you order a drink and it’s a fresh bottle but sometimes you get a bottle and it’s flat. Snack bar is poor and not much selection between the hours of 10am-1pm and 3pm-7pm there isn’t anywhere you can get a light bite. The marina serves some things but is very far away and not convenient if you’re at the pool. No chips or french fries anywhere. This was really disappointing, my mum and auntie loves chips so had to order them in the restaurant for $3 per portion. Not what you expect at an all inclusive. As I mentioned all in all we had a very good stay, I would return to this hotel definitely and had the potential to be an outstanding hotel.

Very bad service and staff working in reception

We booked the second grate! In the room there is no wifi connected and i was ask front desk, they answer me you need book the front row to have the wifi! Internet is such an basic service and we were stay in lobby almost for all day cause i need wifi to have smart working ! Out side of lobby ! No wifi! Rest is fine .

A nice family hotel. We enjoyed our stay and we would come back again

最初部屋のタイプが予約と違いましたが、荷物を広げた後でしたが、予約した部屋を用意してくれました。年配の女性スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。タオルや水、バスローブの数が人数分用意されていなかったです。日本語対応スタッフがいたらもっと良かったです。またフロントが遠いです。ランチボックスも用意してくれます。夜ご飯は18:00に閉まるので注意です。アプリで確認してもらうと19:00から夜ご飯の時間ですが、18：00に行っても閉まっていました。写真を撮ってと言って信じてもらえませんでしたが、夜ごはんスタッフの方も19:00に閉まると話していました。夜ご飯の時間がもう少し長く空いていること、アプリとホテルで言っている事が違った為、ホテルがとても良く余計に残念でした。ホテルは本当に良かったです。エジプトということもあってか、ホテル名が後から更新されたり、事前にホテルとの連絡が全然取れなくアプリとの相性が良くなかったのかなと思います。

I got back this morning from the most wonderful holiday at this brilliant, expertly-run hotel. It’s a 5 star which delivers an 8 star level of service. Shout out to the General Manager who has trained an outstanding team of waiters, cleaners, cooks, front of house staff, receptionists. I have visited 53 countries in reasonable style & I can say that SERVICE is the thing that makes a hotel great. I would like to draw to the GMs’s attention a waiter in the lounge called Amr. He did not ask me to make this recommendation. He is motivated, extraordinarily warm to ALL guests, cannot do enough, solicitous ie ahead of your wants. And has so much energy to devote to his employer. He loves his job now but dreams of a job at Reception & as an international headhunter myself I would say you should promote him. He speaks excellent English & is personable. But all the staff from the little old man who checks you into the complex on the other side of the road to the animators are full of enthusiasm & efficiency. The resort is beautifully landscaped, the gardens immaculate. The rooms impeccable. The food superb. You can literally get anything you want. That is because there are SUFFICIENT STAFF, & each person has their role & responsibilities clearly delineated. I can’t wait to return.

The hotel is very nice and spacious. The service is top notch. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The food is good. The swimming pool and the beach area with plenty of beds are also really great! The water is also kept clean. The entertainment team organizes fun activities and creates a nice holiday atmosphere and makes sure that there is always an acitivity you can participate. Marcelo in particular stands out and takes the animation team to a higher level. He is always cheerful, his energy is contagious and he is a great dancer! A real entertainer! We will definitely come back here!

Brilliant staff, lovely beach but the management lets this hotel down. Food is one of the worst I have ever visited. Cold, uninspiring and obviously budget driven. There are better options locally Dessert rose ~ titanic royal I would recommend. Main issue removal of your all inclusive band at midday whatever your arrival/ departure time. I have never known this in all my travels and is completely unnecessary. With children especially. This alone makes this a no from me . I don’t drink alcohol anyway. But basic soft drinks/ snacks until departure is expected. Would I return No would I recommend No When there are some amazing hotels close by

Endless and unnecessary music played at a volume that blows the clouds away. Absolute no-go hotel under any circumstance. Even if you are in any of the adjacent hotels… your holiday will be ruined by this horrendous hotel. If your idea of a holiday is to ruin everyone else’s then by all means go and fill your boots.:. Not for me… ever

Brief stop here after our liveaboard and before we moved onto another hotel. The food was average, the beach small, it did have some fun inflatable toys in the pool though. Without a doubt the very worst thing was the animation team. The music was surely turned up as loud as possible. It was absolutely deafening. The animation team had absolutely no concern for anyone around the pool. Just about everyone was saying how stupidly loud it was. Ridiculous

Fortunately we were at this hotel for only half a day but gladly left because of the ear splitting volume of the music blasted out by the 'entertainment' team. Louder than a nightclub at 11.30am, right next to the pool where people were trying to relax. There were lots of complaints and the staff were asked to turn it down even a little bit but this was ignored. Ears actually hurt after that experience. Do not recommend
