先説入住吧，兩個房間分了一個4樓一個5樓，商量能否放在一起，説沒有房間了首先感官一般。入住後一個是408，一個510，前台把408的房卡寫上410然後我們怎麼也打不開，上下跑了幾次最後才知道，房間是408，制的房卡也是408但前台在房卡上寫的是410。到了晚上洗澡，沒有熱水，電話前台就回答你多放一會就有，我放了有5分鐘左右吧，也沒有熱水咱也是節約的人，實在覺得這樣太浪費了，將就着冷水沖了一下，天氣温度大概8-10度。早晨起床，沒有牙刷，盒子裏放了三把梳子，總之毛病不斷，關鍵是這些問題還找不到服務員解決，前台的電話打不通，打通了沒人接
