Never saw a maid and had to go to desk for towels twice.

To be the Westin it was just “ok”. I didn’t get the room I reserved and prepaid for & was told I would have to wait for one to be cleaned. I accepted another room instead, sheets had stains on them looks like blood drops that’s hadn’t been cleaned. Overall was not impressed.

Loved where it was located! Staff was very friendly and helpful!! The room was soooo big and very comfortable!!! Would highly recommend!

It was a nice place to stay but note that when you book there are two separate places one for Weston and one for Element it’s quite confusing since they are the same property. Other than that it’s a great location!

Breakfast is average, but a small town can have such a hotel

I used it to visit Huntsville Space Center! The location was good and cozy and quiet! Hair was off the bedding, but that's okay!

Great location for our soccer tournament. Room was clean but one of the ladies at the front desk was rude to me both times I had to interact with her.
