Deveron Valley Cottages

Ally and Jason have created a truly beautiful place in the Deveron Valley, with lodges and cottages of different sizes, all offering peace and privacy beside the river. Our lodge was immaculate, warm and cosy, and really well equipped. A lot of care has been put into making it a perfect holiday place. It's really well located too for visiting castles and Pictish sites, and going to the coast.

Beautiful cabin in a fantastic spot next to the river. Warm and cosy and the owners are great. Has all the equipment such as cooking and washing. Its also has a log burner and a log store to use if the weather gets chilly. If you are fishing the river is a very short walk or you can even drive to one of the beats bothy's.

Das Ferienhaus war voll ausgestattet. Wir hatten unseren eigenen Parklplatz vor dem Haus. Kaminholz war genügend vorhanden. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Die Ruhe, die der Lage geschuldet ist, ist fantastisch. Eonrichtung war modern, die Betten sehr bequem. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen. 🙂 The holiday home was fully equipped. We had our own parking space in front of the house. There was plenty of firewood. The owners were very nice and nothing was left to be desired. The peace and quiet that comes with the location is fantastic. The furnishings were modern and the beds very comfortable. We would book here again at any time. 🙂

This was the second time we have visited and we are already planning our next stay. The location is fantastic with plenty of wildlife around the lodges and along the river walk and only a short drive from breathtaking costal views and beaches. The icing on the cake though is Ally & Jason, they are so welcoming and friendly and you can lose time just talking with them about the area. So helpful. As said, already planning our next visit.

We are a family from Germany with two girls 16 and 13 and stayed for 4 nights at Bonnie view lodge. Out of the 4 places we stayed at during our 2-weeks-tour through Scotland this was definately the best place! We received a warm welcome from Jason and Ally and the cottage was very neat and everything extraordinary clean. It was in the middle of nature, we had everything we needed and coud relax. The furniture was comfortable, enough space and the whole cabin very cosy. It was not far from the places we wanted to visit. We did horseback-riding next door and visited an old distillery nearby. What we also liked was the consideration of the environment. We would love to come back for sure if we ever return to beautiful Scotland - thank you Jason and Ally!😃

Lovely and cosy with the log fire even in deep snow. Very beautiful and peaceful location. Loved my morning rables through woodland to meet deer or sometimes a hare! And afternoon walks by the river to try to spy an otter - saw their tracks often. This was a wonderful winter retreat.
