If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home. 2/ City of Huntington Beach Ordinance - The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old. 3/ Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. 4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises. 5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY 6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed. Owner is not responsible for missing packages. 7/ Please no pets! 8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front yard and backyard OUTSIDE of the house only for security purposes. 9/ BBQ grill is available for guests to use. However, guests to provide their own propane tank at usage and clean up the grill after themselves.
