It boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a dining table that seats 8 and a beautiful kitchen for preparing the perfect meal. Very close to Hunter Mountain, our house is the perfect place to retire after a long day of skiing or hiking. On rainy days inside, we have puzzles, games, Roku and best of all, Karaoke Microphones to sing along to your favorite tunes. In the evening, toast marshmallows over the fire pit and gaze up at the stars. We recently installed a handrail and cable spindles to make our stairs more safe for adults and especially kids! New picture coming soon!Guest accessGuests have full access to the house.Other things to noteThe firepit and grill area on the front side of the house are private, but the backside of the house is very near our neighbors. They’re incredibly friendly— they help us take care of the property. And the entire time we’ve owned the house, we’ve never had any issues with them whatsoever. And, if you enjoy music, you can attend the "TAP NY" beer and food festival in May or "MOUNTAIN JAM" in June or "TASTE OF COUNTRY" music festival. These special events are held at "Hunter Mountain" ski resort and home of the largest Zipline in North America. And, if you have a passion for professional horse jumping, you can attend the "HITS" Saugerties series in Saugerties, New York which is only fifteen miles away. Then, in Hudson Valley, there is the "Franklin D.
