Probably the largest hotel in town (or one of), centrally located near shops and restaurants. I imagine that in its heyday, this hotel was grand - but it appears that years of neglect in a town with little tourism has taken its toll. We had a double room with two tiny twin beds covered in bedspreads (which are often so gross - we immediately tossed them on the floor). The carpet was worn, the walls were dingy, and the room just felt a bit unclean. There's no air in the room, so they left a fan. The bathroom was extremely small and hard to move in. The shower was usable, but tiny. Not enough towels for two people. There was complimentary WiFi and it worked. There's only one lift for like 10 floors, and the lift only holds 2 people (tightly). Breakfast was a very small buffet with minimal items. They did have two really great coffee machines, though, with several options. I would not stay here again - I would find another hotel in town (the new Werk hotel & spa), or go to another town.
