我説要一個無煙房，接待前台的一個姑娘用官話回覆我，説不滿意可以退房，其實可以用其他的方式回覆我，不會讓客人覺得不舒服，好像不住可以走人！我問了句什麼意思！湊合住一晚，明天就走了，不想影響心情！衹是客觀的説是老酒店了，設施舊是最主要的問題，衞生間洗浴沒有隔門，洗澡後水就這麼溢出來，實在沒辦法，都用浴巾擦地了，否則影響上衞生間！馬桶一沖水就發出刺耳的聲音！優點整個外觀氣派，停車位充足，前台另一個姑娘服務還是挺好的！我想酒店屬於3分的樣子

酒店設施有些陳舊，但收拾的比較整潔乾淨，還是很舒適的。位置在市中心，交通便利，前面院子很大，停車方便。早餐也很不錯，很豐富。前台工作人員服務周到熱情，很好的一次入住體驗！

國道331自駕邊境遊經過這裏，酒店有停車場，停車住宿很方便。酒店住的俄羅斯人很多，不過中俄房客是分開住的，互不往來沒有干擾。酒店有點老設備有點陳舊，有點簡陋，衞生間乾濕不分，使用不太方便。早餐7點鐘才開始，對趕路的遊客來説等得太久了，不過六點半過後俄羅斯人就等不及了，等到7點鐘過去，小小的餐廳就已經充滿了旅客。

酒店地理位置優越，停車場很大，停車方便，非常適合自駕遊的朋友。酒店早餐不錯，前台及樓層服務員服務態度很好，滿意。

大堂高端大氣，房間寬敝舒適，設施設備齊全，乾淨衞生，工作人員服務熱情周到，出行方便，早餐品種豐富多樣味道好，值得推薦。
