Gentleman who checked us in was professional and efficient, help us book our airport shuttle and got us to our room in no time. Room is clean and everything works properly. Very pleased with this place

I like that it was clean and quiet. What I didn’t like was there wasn’t enough pillows and the bed was too hard, it had my back hurting.

Ok for a layover night, breakfast was poor and shuttle service terrible, they offer 24/7 pick up and it didn’t came, called 3 times, ended up getting an Uber, back to the airport was 30min delay

I do not like that while I was staying there the toilet continued to run the entire time and it was very loud. They fake like it was fixed twice and was never really fixed. They also did not have another room to move me too. The first few hours I didn’t have a remote to watch television. I also wait d for the shuttle from the airport to get to the hotel for over 50 minutes. It was horrible. There were walls peeling and there were cigarette burns on the blankets and sheets. They never came to clean the room just change towels. The hotel was not very clean in all spaces it was crap.

They need to work on WiFi connection in their rooms. Despite the fact, the internet WiFi provided for clients wasn’t good around the room, their staff out of gesture offered their staffs WiFi for me but still not working well within my room. They need to improve on the WiFi connection in all the rooms.
They didn’t disappoint in all other services.

It was a convenient location to the airport. Carpets are a tad dingy looking, hot tub didn’t work sadly, found a piece of trash in my bed sheets last night. I skimmed the hot tub from a ton of leaves and emptied the pool skimmer baskets for them.
