刷新了我對海拉爾酒店的印象，乾淨整潔，服務超好：房間設施很新，窗簾燈光都是智能自動化設施。外賣送到前台，機器人三分鐘送上樓到門口。半夜臨時需要冰塊冷敷，本以為是酒店餐廳的冰塊，結果人家是專業的冰袋，還附送毛巾，叮囑你別凍傷了。見到有小朋友入住，直接送來可愛的拖鞋牙刷輩子。完全治癒了我們一週的疲憊。我們住的是17樓，樓層高，落地窗景色超好，正對古城南門，夜裡順帶看了個煙花和燈光秀。

酒店環境不錯出入方便、購物、食肆方便、房間乾淨、服務一流，特別是大堂副理郝朝認真、負責，從房間使用、早餐，泳池等設施耐心的介紹。由於以上過幾天草原回來我們還繼續訂住這個酒店。

設施：有機器人點外賣比較方便！房間電動窗簾，馬桶是最老式的，衞生間有點反味！空調就一個小的出風口，床在裏面，空調開到18度還是很熱，顯示温度25.5！電視機老不能投屏！
環境：特別嘈雜！正巧碰到什麼中韓貿易會議，人特別多，沒有停車位，也沒人來引導停車，酒店門口停的到處是車！
服務：服務還可以，早上一大早被服務員吵醒，各種噪音！酒店旁邊就是工地，在造房子，聲音吵！隔音太差！早上隔壁就在打掃房間，一會吸塵一會叮叮噹噹，根本睡不好！
樓上用水聲音也很清晰！

當地為數不多的一家五星級酒店，設施要挑新裝修的A座，B座破舊不堪。酒店設施齊全，服務卻差強人意，特別是前台後知後覺的，好像都是新招來的一樣。所有的一切都要問到才有，不能主動點嗎？五星的要求標準自己核對一下。另外這家需要按金，生怕客人損壞設施？
