I don't understand why the room fee was deducted the day before I checked in from the room I booked on Ctrip.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, the outside is stylish, but the room is too small, has no special features, and is very ordinary. The main room is actually two small rooms, which is quite depressing. There are only two bottles of water in the room, and you have to pay 3 yuan for it. After all, it’s not worth the money. Some B&Bs allow you to drink it for free, and some hotels don’t charge for two or three more bottles. Facilities: Parking is not allowed and there is a charge of 15 yuan per night nearby; it is said that there is a washing machine but it can only be used after 8 a.m. and there is no dryer. Cleanliness: It's okay. The lady in the public area cleaned it very clean in the morning. The room is also okay. Service: The level of service is uneven. Some people's service is very good. For example, the handsome guy at the door even helped carry luggage to the second floor. Some people are not so good.

The hotel is very new and spacious. The room is big. I was upgraded to top floor with great views of the city. Bed was comfy. Room was stylish. Maid was very helpful in attending my requests. All staffs were friendly and attentive and responsive. Their breakfast buffet offered wide range of food. Good coffee. I would definitely come back when I visit Huizhou again.
