Hotel Polton di Huizhou

The hotel is very new and spacious. The room is big. I was upgraded to top floor with great views of the city. Bed was comfy. Room was stylish. Maid was very helpful in attending my requests. All staffs were friendly and attentive and responsive. Their breakfast buffet offered wide range of food. Good coffee. I would definitely come back when I visit Huizhou again.

Huizhou Bailuhu Agile Sheraton Resort Hotel has a good overall feeling. First, the environment is good, right next to Bailu Lake, and you can see the mountains and the lake from the room. Second, the service is quite good, there are Chinese and Western restaurants, and it is convenient to eat. Third, parking is convenient, there are underground and ground parking lots. We checked in on Saturday, and the wireless network was congested and the speed was slow, but it was much better on Sunday night. In short, this hotel is suitable for family reunions and taking children out.

A great location by the ocean, great facilities, loved the swimming pool, super friendly staff however the western restaurant (outside of buffet hours) is super slow, and unprofessional service. The sea is not for swimming.

The hotel facilities are well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the dining options are also rich. The most important thing is that the hotel staff are very professional, enthusiastic and polite. I will choose Crowne Plaza Huizhou next time.
