Room was ok for the price. View was good. Cleanliness was ok. There were molds/ stains on the wall (see the photo). Room smell stuffy the first time we entered.

Due to the weather conditions in Guangdong (HuiNanTian), to avoid dampness, the windows will be tightly closed and the air will not circulate. There will be a slight odor when entering the door. After opening the window for ventilation for one or two minutes, there will be no more. We take your feedback on the stains/mold problem very seriously and went to the room for inspection as soon as possible. We wiped it with a damp towel and cleaning solution, and there was no change. I suspect that it is a watermark caused by the humid weather. I have reported the problem to my superiors and will carry out house maintenance. Thank you very much and look forward to your next stay. Our two night stay at Xiaojingwan Huluhai Hotel Apartment was fantastic! The views from the wrap-around balcony were super and our building was situated conveniently at the gate to the beach and mall. Highly recommend building 7 - two bedrooms with a bath :)

The hotel was a little hard to find, but it was worth it - so close to the beach on one side, and a street full of shops and different restaurants on the other. The service was superb and our questions were responded to quickly. The pool had an entrance fee (it's part of the apartment complex), and was a little cold to stay in for too long. I was impressed by the cleanliness, as so close to the beach guests must be returning with sand, but there wasn't a trace in the room when we arrived.

Good location and perfect view! The decoration was a bit old but it was clean and comfortable. The girl at reception was so friendly and helpful with all our requests. I definitely recommend it.

設施：別墅整體設施還是需要更新一下 環境：有些房間牆體都開裂了 衞生：別墅户外的坐墊全是灰塵 房間被單也能看到有異物。 服務：服務還是可以的 工作人員隨叫隨到 有什麼需要幫助可以很快解決。但是別墅安全還是需要加強，晚上院子裏進來好多陌生人 從小道鑽進來好多人，別墅大門是關閉的

酒店位置很不錯，但是衞生真的太差了，基本就是阿姨拖個地，換個床單就行了吧，洗漱台的杯子上都長蜘蛛網了，空調口全是發黴的污垢，床頭的靠背也不套一個罩子，等於是共用，一樓主卧玻璃門一打開就砰一聲，都不敢關了，生怕玻璃門掉下來，那個房間的邊邊角角都好臟！户外的桌子更是臟不可言，我自己擦了很多次才乾淨，可想而知多久沒清洗，總之就是非常臟

房間很差，4點多到地面很濕，房間燈是壞的，特別是床上很多沙子被子很多鐵銹，被子和被套是分體沒有裝好，被子發黃，很臟，還有陽台的搖籃墊子臟的不行，忘拍了，絕對不會有下次，很差的一次體驗，花了我將近500塊，真的很不值

Tanggapan dari Properti: 非常抱歉，沒能讓您滿意，我們希望每一位客户都能住得滿意，所以會加綠色泡泡，以便有問題 及時聯繫，及時處理；從入住到離店，您一個不好的字都沒有説，期間還諮詢了WiFi問題，門禁卡未帶怎麼進門的問題，您完全可以跟前台反應以上情況，換房，換被子，再叫阿保潔拿幹拖把去拖地，這些都是解決問題的辦法，卻要自己默默忍受，住得這麼不開心，評價的時候還要回憶一遍，又讓自己不開心一次，我覺得這樣才是不值。我們床品都是一住一換的，被子也會定期拿去布草廠清洗，鐵銹不排除是機器上沾染的，遇到這種情況，告知前台，會及時處理的。呼嚕海期待您的再次入住~祝您生活愉快~

房間位置很好，靠近商業街，海景很美，前台服務很好，微信及時回覆，秒拿房卡，退房也方便，不用來回跑，總體印象不錯。 就是房間的設施太少，空調遙控器衹有一個不方便，環境衞生有待加強。

佈局環境衞生是還可以的，不過床尾巾有一大塊黴，畢竟價位，總體也挺好的。不過酒店的門鎖太差勁了，太差勁了！！！！！是密碼門，裏面沒法鎖，也沒有防盜鏈條！而且陽台的推拉門也鎖不上，是壞的，我一晚上都沒敢關燈，把安全措施做好點吧，太差了這個。我定的loft 景色可以，在31樓，正對電梯口，很吵。建議你們不要定這個房間，睡不着，電梯來回上下。

住了一個兩房一廳的，觀海房，帶小朋友和長者家去玩，不錯的體驗，靠海的小區，直接後門出去就是海邊，前門出來是商業街，吃飯方便。

槽點：空調不夠用，超級熱。冰箱不製冷，冰啤酒和冷凍食品少帶。熱水器多人洗澡壓力不夠，5樓基本洗不上。傢俱家電教一般，屬於簡裝範疇。服務還算可以。算是一線海景，前面的幾棵樹有些遮擋。總體來説，設施是硬傷。可能公寓都這樣吧。
