Top 5-Star Hotels in Hue

We arrived here from the overnight train so it was like travelling forward to the next century. This was probably the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. Tbh I didn't want to leave our room, it was so lovely. Amazing views over the city, Large pool with attentive staff - if you needed them. The breakfast had everything you could ever want.  All the staff were super efficient and helpful. Close to all the places to visit. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I mostly enjoyed my stay at Pilgrimage Hotel Resort Hue. The staff were professional, friendly and always on the lookout for visitors' comfort. Before we checked out, they asked for our flight details so they could offer us airport drop-off and even got someone to prepare a cart in front of our villa to push the luggage to the car! Junrei restaurant, albeit slightly pricey for Vietnam, served up delicious Viet cousine and offered pristine service with on-point service. The rustic and natural atmosphere and environs made the stay very relaxing and serene as well, a very well spent 3d2n at the Resort, would definitely recommend it to others!

The property has very cool, clean, and nice decor. The staff was excellent anytime we needed anything, especially Van Duc, who helped us secure a jeep tour to Da Nang. He was very helpful during this process and continued to check to ensure we had a good experience. The hotel is very economical. I recommend staying at this property.

I loved this place. It’s the perfect paradise. I got a hillside pool villa and got lucky with one that is very hidden and with some of the best views in the resort. I travel a lot for work and leisure and am lucky to stay in some beautiful places but I really really cherished my experience here - never had I felt so free and calm. Taking walks around the resort was also a joy. I was so happy there I never left the hotel, except when the very kind and amazing general manager, Christy, kindly took me out to dinner at a place right outside the hotel. She is a machine and never switches off, catering to every whim via WhatsApp. I’m so grateful to her and so happy whenever I think about my time there. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent hotel and staff. Very accommodating and helping on every of our requests. The buffet breakfast makes a huge difference de it is diverse and fresh. The room are really well furnished and the spa is a real plus. Special mention for the hotel performs and freshness that adds a sense of luxury and comfort to the place. The staff was really caring of everything and communication was always smooth. Definitely, I recommend

A wonderfully appointed modern hotel with a strong nod to where you are. We visited the spa, ate in the restaurant several times. My only non positive comment is a slight lack of process and consistency. The staff were lovely and attentive but the spa experience process needed a little sharpening up, the consistency of drink and table presentation in the dining room was a little haphazard and housekeeping also was a little inconsistent. Small things but just bot quite to the standard of the property. Would still recommend though!

Although it is close to downtown, it is quiet. The room is spacious and clean. The water area is spacious, but there is no bathtub. The staff is courteous and pleasant. There are many types of breakfast buffet, so the satisfaction level of the stay is high for a hotel in this price range. Rubber sandals are always available in the room, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for disposable slippers.

Staff is friendly and great hospitality I expected Deluxue River View has a corner balcony as pictures, so I was disappointed... however, very good hospitality and breakfast was great even though they don't have much variety ! Night view was beautiful Spa was super 👌 Therapist lever is super high and love small and cozy atmosphere I should ask her name she was the best in my life Sauna was clean and helped me to get warm in chilly rain day

It was an amazing experience! I highly recommend this place to relax. Beautiful territory, fish pond, swimming pool - everything for a good rest.
