Baly Hotel and Spa

I stayed on the 3rd floor. I booked a Superior Room through Trip.com and somehow when I arrived they assumed I had used another platform. I didn't mind, as long as they arrange the room that I had booked. The room was different, it was on the first floor and it didn't have a balcony. After I told them I had booked a room with a balcony they took me to the 3rd floor to a room that was noticeably smaller. I didn't mind because I was just visiting a friend and I was going to use the room just for sleeping and working online. The wifi signal is low so it disconnects all the time, at least it did in my balcony room on the 3rd floor. My booking included buffet breakfast and it was good. They offered a combination of Western and local dishes and a variety of drinks. However, when I checked out they couldn't find my reservation. Lobby staff handed me the bill and it took me about 10-15 minutes to convince them while showing them my emails from Trip.com that the room had been already paid. My recommendation is that if you're going to stay with them and you plan on driving around Hue, stay there! Its location is excellent and they have a parking spot for your motorbike. There are many options for restaurants, local food, shops and such nearby the hotel even if you're going to be moving by Grab. I loved the location and the food was good.

후에 중심에서는 조금 떨어져 있지만 시설은 괜찮은 편입니다. 직원들이 친절하게 맞이해주며 주변에 마트나 식당도 더럿 있어서 간단하게 끼니 해결하기도 괜찮았습니다.

The Baly Hotel is situated well in the centre of Hue and close to all amenities. It is very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful in particular Tyler Khoabell. He assisted me accessing the ATM in the local shopping mall and remained with me until I was safely back in the hotel. Thank you Tyler 😊

Staying at the middle of Hue, the hotel gives us the whole view of the city. That’s great experience and the hotel is so clean, very convenient with amazing service from staffs ! we are so happy about everything the hotel could bring to us in this vacation! thanks for the service! Tyler Vo!
