매우 저렴하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 가성비 끝반왕 비록 대로변 또는 도로쪽위치가 아니지만 아주좋은 서비스 10us주면 픽업 해주는 서비스 까지 비행기 시간이 많이남아 잠깐쉴려구 갔는데 좋았읍니다.

Don't go! After our stay, the host texted me and accused us from stealing the showergel&shampoo bottles. After they found them in the shower, they didn't excuse, no they began saying we where to late for breakfast (after she informed us very rude, we came on time every day), and they needed to clean the room after we spend 4 nights.. wich is normal. Breakfast lady is very rude. Breakfast is dry bread with a egg or instant noodles. They won't listen to you. Rooms are not like the pictures. Sheets are VERY dirty and old. Jaqquzi has black molt, also the bathroom has black molt and is'nt clean.

Great location and friendly staff. Restaurant is good and not expensive so thaht was nice as well. But would not recommend it, at least during the rainy season. The humidity in the room was so high it smelled bad, bedsheets, clothes and our shoes were wet ,.... There is no ventilation / aeration in the bathroom so thaht didn't help either.

Super lovely and warm staff, told us everything about Hue and warned us about some street foods in Hue etc. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The beds were really comfy. There was also a good sauna! Must try :) The hotels restaurant was also amazing. Tasty and clean vegetarian food!

The worst experience I have ever had ! We are pretty easy people, the only thing we expect from a room is a bit of cleaness. I really don't understand the positive reviews I read. Description of Poetic Hotel: Smell of mold, visible mold, like a centimeter of dust on everything. We arrived pretty late, put the luggage in the room and went out. When we came back at night, we decided not to use the airco, nor the blower. Using these equipment is life treathening (no joke!). Wrapped a T-shirt around the pillow and laid a towel on the blankets to sleep on. The managment blamed the cleaning staff for not doing their work correct lately. In my opinion this was not "lately" but for months/years. The managment must have known of this as we were brought to our room by "the managment". Next morning left as early as possible to G-Hotel around the corner. For about the same price a staff was proud of their clean rooms. If you care about you life: stay away from this ho(s)tel.

The staff at Poetic Hue Hostel were amazing! They were there to greet me after my flight arrived two hours late, helped me book a tour of Hue, a Visa run to Lao Bao & back and a bus to Da Nang all with very little notice. The rooms were also great value for money, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I booked this hotel on *********** because of swimming pool and price included breakfast, but when I came the hotel, the owner transferred me to another hotel ( Familiar hotel) without pool and breakfast. I asked her about swimming pool and my breakfast, she told: I can go to Poetic to use them. I was tired for my long trip, so I agreed to stay Familiar hotel , but fortunately , i wasn't crazy enough to walking 300m with a bikini under sunny within crowded uptown for swimming/breakfast 😄 I leaved Hue earlier 1 day than my plan, it's too hot 😐Finally, I decided to write this comment because I found that she cancelled my reservation on *********** app, although I stayed and paid my booking at reception. Now I do accessment for Familiar Hotel 🤣🤣 - Good location - New hotel, good cleaning, good air conditioner - small room - Good receptionist - Drainage system : bad , be carefull when you take a shower on bathroom, water can spilled over the room

Chúng tôi đã có một trãi nghiệm hết sức tuyệt vời tại Khách sạn bởi chính sự phục vụ và thái độ làm việc chuyên nghiệp của các bạn nhân viên. Đặc biệt là chị nhân viên trực sáng 29.05 rất cởi mở và hổ trợ nhóm chúng tôi rất nhiều. Sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp đến Huế
