Hotel Family-friendly Hue

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are large, spacious and clean, the furniture is classic and simple, the bathroom is spacious and fully equipped with a flush toilet. A hot spring bath is provided. The hotel provides indoor SPA, etc. The breakfast is rich, the Vietnamese rice noodles are especially delicious, and the meals are rich. The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. It is worth recommending 👍

I loved this place. It’s the perfect paradise. I got a hillside pool villa and got lucky with one that is very hidden and with some of the best views in the resort. I travel a lot for work and leisure and am lucky to stay in some beautiful places but I really really cherished my experience here - never had I felt so free and calm. Taking walks around the resort was also a joy. I was so happy there I never left the hotel, except when the very kind and amazing general manager, Christy, kindly took me out to dinner at a place right outside the hotel. She is a machine and never switches off, catering to every whim via WhatsApp. I’m so grateful to her and so happy whenever I think about my time there. Can’t wait to go back.

A luxurious hotel where everything is taken into account. As a couple, we enjoyed the baths of a genuine swamp sauna, took a dip in the outdoor pool through the shower and then in the steam sauna - blissful! Absolutely excellent breakfast and evening restaurant.

It is a testimony of history. Every detail is great, including the service. It is hidden in the city on the other side of the ancient city. If you say it is ”old”, then ”old” is its highlight. Artdec can be seen everywhere. The special classrooms on the second floor have a history at every door. Literature and time live together The service is very good, not excessive, but you can feel comfortable. I upgraded the room type and saw the river view. The spa price is very good. It's more than 300 and it's worth a try.

The location of this hotel is very good, the bar street downstairs, not far from the major Internet celebrity restaurants, it only takes more than ten minutes to walk to Dongba market. But at the same time this is also the worst place in this hotel. Downstairs is very noisy at night. You will find the village disco still ringing at eleven o'clock. Listening to locals said this is not the most noisy, the hotel by the river will be more exaggerated, I can't imagine it. The rooms are not large. The hotel has been in operation for about 7 years, so the facilities are relatively old. Although the cleaning is ok, but it may not feel clean. Breakfast was good and the restaurant on the top floor, one of the highest hotels in the area, had a good view.

It's perfect for us ! From the day we check in, stay, and check out. The service was very humble and pleasant. Onsen was a big big surprise ! And their spa treatment , really good that we wanted more. Restaurant breakfast, dinner all we tried and it was very high standard. Locals shop really can't even make me feel wow at all compared to this. We don't even need to go explore the city once we stayed because there are just so many thing to do and not enough time. This hotel is a great value. It’s located near many bars and restaurants, but away from the noise. You can rent motorbikes and do laundry directly with the hotel for the same price as anywhere else in town. Staff members are really nice. Issues: -karaoke downstairs Friday and Saturday til 10pm. Don’t plant on being home during these times. -the alley floods with strange looking water half of the days. Careful with shoes and rolling bags! -AC hasn’t been cleaned in a while. We would stay here again simply because of the price.

Special place,very warm welcome, Lieu is such a nice person, always smiling, generous, makes you feel at home. Confortable beds, nice terrace, good location, bikes and motos for rental at good prices, nice breakfast. Definetely recommend !

If I come back to Vietnam, this is the place I would like to stay again. Very quiet, the hotel staff is super enthusiastic, it is very new and perfect, and there are some free massage services. Although I didn't use them, I still felt at home. The hotel rents a small motorcycle, which is very convenient for going around Hue.
