The room I stayed in last night was very cozy. I could hear birds singing in the morning. The air was very good. Comfortable and pleasant hotel. Very clean. Smooth check-in, can accept foreigners. Just keep in mind that mentioning ”Tunxi old street” in the hotel's name is a bit deceiving. The hotel is not close to Huangshan old street (or at least not closer than any other Huangshan downtown hotel), which is about 2.5 kilometres away. Other than that, it's a fine location, walking distance to the train station (the downtown one, not the high-speed station). I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This trip to Huangshan, I stayed in three hotels, the most comfortable one in the same price. The front of the hotel is the river, the back is the residential area, the night is very quiet, the key parking is free. The breakfast is also very delicious, although there are few categories, but the taste is absolutely, highly recommended

Our hotel stay was amazing! The hotel manager speaks English and was very friendly and helpful. He organized a car to pick us up from the train station and drop us off at the hotel’s door. Check-in was smooth and easy. The front desk staff spent several minutes explaining the best way to hike the mountain, and she gave us a map of the mountain and highlighted the routes we should take. We booked our tickets online, but the front desk staff can also help you book your tickets. They can also help you book a car back to the train station once you come down the mountain. The service truly is exceptional! There are hiking poles that you can borrow, a restaurant on the first floor, and a convenience store on the first floor with bottled water for 1 RMB. The hotel is extremely conveniently located beside the entrance for the shuttle bus up to Huangshan cable car. We could see the shuttle bus entrance from our hotel room. Outside your doorsteps are lots of restaurants, bubble tea places, supermarkets, and a fruit store. When we woke up the next morning, it took us less than five minutes to walk to the shuttle buses. Our room faced the street but it was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Huangshan.

The sanitary environment of the room was very good, the landlady was very welcoming, and the food was delicious. When we left, we specially packed breakfast and Huangshan specialty sesame cakes for us. This stay was a great experience. I will recommend this B&B to my friends in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here. The host is very welcoming and incredibly helpful. She took the time to sit with us and help us make a plan for our stay and the best ways to visit certain places. It's a little further from the bottom of the mountain than other hotels but it's made up for in the more homely and personal feel that you can't get in the big hotels in Tangkou. They helped us organise cars to where we wanted to go and gave us a free lift to the base of the mountain where we could take the mountain bus to the cable car station. The food is Chinese cuisine but we had lunch and dinner here on occasion and both were delicious. Highly recommended. The only downside was that some of the other guests there at the same time were quite noisy. Slamming doors and running up and down the wooden stairs. It was quite disturbing in the evening when we wanted to rest early after a long day sightseeing.
