Days Inn by Wyndham Houston East

This stay was the most horrible nastinest place to stay The way I was treated I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and I don’t like the fact they didn’t take care of me and my needs I guess it was all about money and not customer satisfaction

The staff was horrible and careless, and seemed they didn't care that valuables were left in the room at checkout and not to be found upon returning to retrieve them.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. The property is fenced, the front desk is bullet proof glass, there's a nasty stench that sticks to clothes from the front office. This is the dirtiest gross room I have seen. I am pretty tolerant as i work with livestock and see for and gross things. I took 22 pictures of unacceptable items. The fridge had terrible rust, food splatter on the wall and ceiling, food in the cracks of the table, freshly cut hair in the bed, drool marks and blood on a pillow case, stains in the pads. Stains in the bed, grundy on the wall boards, construction debris on the blow dryer and coffe maker, smelled of mildew. Water pockets in the drywall, unpainted ceiling unfinished const. Project. I asked for fresh sheets and pillow cases, I had to go get them myself and they did not have pillow cases. He did not acknowledge the problem and only wanted to tell me about this to do in the area. The clerk the next day would report the issues and apologized but could not refund the next night as we were not going to stay any longer. I canceled all reservations and future nights. Never again will i use Days Inn. Health hazard.. probably had mild in the wet drywall that they just painted over.

Internet wasn't the best and couldn't get any assistance from front desk about it at all. Also asked for a complementary late check out due to being a diamond member (only asked for an hour) and was basically told no asked someone else. Did not even acknowledge my member status at all. Room was very outdated but clean.

Stopped there for a university tour. The motel did not have a decent complete breakfast. The coffee machine did not work. There was no butter for the waffles. The few eggs were not completely hard boiled. Total mess

We prepaid to have an out-of-town employee stay at this location. It was supposed to be for a 7 night stay. Upon arriving at the hotel, his room was very dirty! We asked to have him moved to another room or the room cleaned and they refused to do anything to correct the problem. So the employee checked out the next day before 11:00am. When requesting a refund, management retain money for a 3 night stay! They claim that the employee did stay one night and then didn't check out until the afternoon the next day, and did not give a 24 hour prior notice. This is ALL UNTRUE! I could understand being charged for the 1 night stay, but the rest of my monies should have been refund! BEWARE and STAY AWAY! I expected better from a Wyndam Hotel!
