The check-in time should actually be 24/7. I arrive at 11pm and there's no problem at all. The front desk is here 24/7. It's a motel style stay, not much amenities provided. You will likely be disappointed for the breakfast.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and the surrounding environment is very cozy. The room service is very punctual and thoughtful. The bathroom is very good and clean. The cleaning staff is very meticulous. I will come again in the future.

We stayed a night during the Rodeo cook off. Parking was a nightmare, not even part of the hotel we were told and very expensive. Check in was smooth but on a different level. Room was comfortable and the bed too. Nice rooms.

I then asked when someone will come to help me fix the hot water problem. The answer was that I don’t know because it was late (9:00 local time). 45pm) I said that the hotel has 24-hour service, but she said no and kept giving you all kinds of excuses. I was very angry. At this time, a male service staff next to me (after completing the service procedures for another guest) looked at me. Go down and help me, inform me that I will contact someone to repair it and ask me to go back to the room to wait (with the help of the male service staff, I got hot water after about 10 minutes♨️ and can take a shower) 4.) In the following days, whenever I pass by the front desk, I will go back to the room and wait. When I met Jalisa (the front desk clerk), she gave me a cold look.
