Premier Inn London Chiswick

Rooms were clean and comfortable good breakfast plenty of choice all the Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Brehan Halleneskel. we travelled for a family funeral and the staff were always asking if we were ok in our time there witch was a nice touch thank you

Without a shadow of a doubt, the bed and pillows are beyond comfortable! Am very tempted to purchase this mattress. Amazing sleep, and a rest after our 3 hour journey. The room was clean, but the paintwork is a little tired. Bathroom was nice and clean, with everything you'd need for an overnighter. Breakfast was basic, not very hot, but it filled a hole. The staff are very friendly. Would stay again if we needed to be in that area 😃

Absolute bargain! We paid less than £100 for 3 people to stay here over new year (30/12-1/1) and it’s kind of central so it was perfect! The thing is though with premier inns is they can be grubby and nasty, but not at this one! Housekeeping are amazing, and all the staff care about guests. The window looks out into some big court thing which I don’t understand, but it was amazing value and amazing service, highly recommend

It was a great experience there. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Service there was great and the staff was very friendly. Shower was powerful and bathroom worked fine. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus station which makes it easy to get anywhere you need to get to and within walking distance to a train station. Highly recommend staying here.

A manager called”Raja” yelled at me said”Fu. hell,I will call the police”just as i was asking”where is the trash so i can put my Band aid in it i don’t want my used plaster to get on your hand” I have 2 witnesses who politely apologized and deserved my thanks”Abdul and Brehane ,Mirko

I always stay at Premier Inn hotels when I'm in London or at Heathrow Airport. I have had only positive experiences so far. The London Chiswick Premier Inn is the worst of all PI hotels. We asked for cleaning twice (at around 10:00 am as the policy said before 12:00 pm) and on both days we arrived back in our room seeing that there was no housekeeping. If it had only been one day, we would've thought "oh well, they must have forgotten to tell the housekeeper" but on two consecutive days I call it negligence on the morning receptionists' part. On one evening, we decided to eat dinner at the restaurant. The staff member on duty greeted us with a hello and a quite rude "we don't have lasagne" - at that point we didn't even know they had lasagne on the menu. She should've shown us to our table and when handing over the menu, that's when she should've mentioned that there was no lasagne that evening. This is not the service I'm used to at Premier Inn. They really should employ more professional staff.
