Ulasan Atour Hotel, Unity Square, Hotan

We were surprised to find such a great hotel (seemingly just opened up for travellers on foreign passports) in such a remote city at the edge of the Taklamakan desert. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend.

Excellent option in the main square in Hotan. Clean spacious rooms, with a very modern look. The only thing that I didn't like in the room is that the lavatory sink is not separate from the room, which leaves little margin for one person in a couple to do the teeth brushing in the morning without waking up the other... a bit too modern for me but that's me. Service was good and attentious in spite of the communication difficulties. I didn't like the fact that the laundry service was self-service. We lost a lot of time doing our laundry and there were other guests waiting on the line. Apart from that a really good hotel.

The hotel is located in the northeast of Tuanjie Square in the city center, not far from popular attractions such as Tuancheng, night market, museums, and many shopping and dining options nearby. The room facilities are complete, the breakfast supply is also good, the price-performance ratio is very high, and it is worth recommending. In addition, Ctrip's service is also great, and it actively handled my order issues.

I forgot to take pictures, so I'll just take two. It's okay, but too noisy during the day. There's a store downstairs that plays loud music all day long, and it's too stuffy with the windows closed. It was Saturday night when we went there, and it was hard to park the car. We didn't know how to get to the parking lot at the back. We entered the parking lot in the opposite direction and parked there all night. It was all dusty.

The room is well constructed, spacious, comfortable to live in, well soundproofed, clean and tidy. Most importantly, the waiter's attitude is very friendly 👌🏻, very satisfied

I stayed here with my family. After staying here, everyone had the same feeling. We didn't want to leave. The only one in Xinjiang.

It was my first time to visit Hotan, Xinjiang. I stayed at Atour Hotel Tuancheng Square for 3 days. It was a surprise! The room is new, clean and spacious, larger than expected. The room temperature is also very comfortable. The bed and pillows are also very comfortable. There is a humidifier, a dressing room, stable hot water in the bathroom, slippers and toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc., just like a 5-star hotel. There is also a fitness room and a free laundry room. Free midnight snacks are provided after 9:30 pm. The breakfast is also quite good. The coffee and steamed tofu and millet porridge are really good! In addition, all the staff in the hotel including the room cleaners are very friendly. Especially the supervisor, Mr. Hexiao, and Ms. Lila were very enthusiastic to help us solve the problem of taking a taxi back to Yotgan Old City. Thank you very much! If you plan to travel to Hotan, it is highly recommended to stay in this hotel!

It was my first time to come to Hotan and I chose Atour. It is next to Tuanjie Square and there is Chamoido at the door. I like the milk tea shop Meizhichong! Moreover, this store was newly opened last year and its environmental sanitation is guaranteed. The security guy in the foyer, the girl at the front desk, and the guy in the restaurant were all very polite and enthusiastic. They spoke fluent Mandarin, and the breakfast was good. Because my flight was at 19:00, I was postponed check-out for two hours. I will choose Atour next time I come.
