Located in the beautiful Willamette valley, you are 45 min to the beach and 1.5 hours from the snowy mountains. Be our guests and enjoy this cozy hideaway close to all the amenities. We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. A quiet street and friendly neighbors, located on almost an acre. Not often found in the city boundaries. Fully fenced back yard, for kids or pets to play. Apples, pears and grapes in abundance in season! The back deck is great to hang out with a fire pit nearby. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire.
