Hotel dengan Hot Tub di Tsumagoi

We stayed for two nights for the pool. Our 4-year-old child seemed to enjoy the pool, so he went to the pool two days in a row, sliding down the slide, and taking a break in the lazy river. It may depend on the plan, but it's a bit disappointing that even guests have to pay for the pool. The room was spacious and the view was nice.

Unfortunately, the vending machine on the floor where I stayed was out of service. There is no convenience store near the hotel, so it would be nice if the store had a wider variety of products. The room was clean and the illumination from the window was beautiful. The hot springs are also nice! I would like to use it again during ski season.

I was surprised to see a hotel of the Floral Group in Japan. After reading the comments section, I learned that the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese and there is a pick-up and drop-off service from the JR station. It will be open in 2024. I made a reservation without hesitation. Before checking in, I learned The hotel contacted and learned that Mr. Hoshikawa and his wife are also Chinese. They have been studying in Japan for more than 10 years. It feels like meeting old friends in a foreign country. Because it is our first time to travel to Karuizawa, everything is strange to us. Hoshikawa The husband took the initiative to introduce us to us, and sent us to the car rental company to pick up the car the next morning, and reminded us of the precautions for driving in the snow. Since we stayed at the Karuizawa Prince Hotel the night before, our glasses and power bank were left behind. The hotel forgot to take it away, so I asked Mr. Hoshikawa to contact the Prince Hotel for help. Because the hotel is located halfway up the mountain, the hotel provides kitchen utensils for travelers to cook by themselves. Fortunately, we had enough time, so we bought all the hot pot at the 7-11 supermarket in Karuizawa. Ingredients, of course eating hot pot in the guest room restaurant is a rare experience! This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the natural hot spring water of the hotel. The buffet of the hotel is very good. The room with the mountain view is particularly comfortable. You can enjoy the scenery in the room.

Hotel location is a bit remote. It is more convenient to drive by car. But very special. The only thing is that the room privacy is too low. There are no curtains in the lobby.  There is no fence in the garden. People can see the house outside. Others are still possible. Cleaner
