Hotel dengan Hot Tub di Bournemouth

Antique hotel in a very good location close to the beach however no nothing is guaranteed by the hotel. There is no option to book parking (first come first serve basis), they can’t guarantee a good view to the sea even through you book a sea view room (you can end up to the side of the hotel which allows you a glimpse to the sea and that’s not what you really want and pay for). When trying to call the hotel goes to a customer service desk then they transfer you to the main reception which ends up with a dropped call several times considering the call is being charged per minute (we’re not in the 80’s, take some ownership for this please), if you finally get through they won’t be able to reserve a parking space at the hotel and guide you to park elsewhere (this you can literally do yourself without the hassle and waste of time). None of these (parking and room selection) are communicated precisely until you check in which in essence makes no sense when you want to plan your stay ahead. Overall the staff is kind and friendly so no improvement needed here, the opportunity stands for the hotel management who implement procedures and policies. The rooms have a heavy smell due to the age of the building, there is a brochure that explains refurbishment undergoing in that sense. Wifi - you can have daily access if you pay for wifi (I believe it was £7/24 hours) , this is also a thumbs down nowadays (tips: if you want to charge for wifi include this in the overall price fees so people don’t obviously pick on this or just offer it with the stay like a respectable business - a coffee shop where you spend £3 for a coffee offers it for free on a daily basis, think about it). Looking at breakfast - there is full English or cereal, oats and fruit. The terrace looks pretty nice, well looked after, a nice oasis to relax your senses listening to the sea waves. There is a chess board on a bigger scale just on the terrace, this if a nice setup and addition to the hotel vibe. Room was very hot without heating on mattress wasn’t the best only one pillow per person and the noise from other guests into early hours wasn’t good. The location and free parking as stated on website is not existent and the bathroom was tired. Cleanliness wasn’t great either with hairs on duvet and stained carpets. Couldn’t say a good nights rest and location to amenities also not great.

I booked for celebrate my husband's birthday. Staff very nice and helpful. They prepared the card and some chocolate for us to celebrate. And our room is Seaview room that so nice. Location very good. I have a great trip with my family in Bournemouth.

The hotel was beautiful, pool warm and staff lovely. Restaurant wasn’t up to standard but cocktails really yum.

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

Nice little hotel with a pool. Not amazing amazing but still decent just a bit small on the size of the room.

The breakfast is good, there is a parking lot, and you can take extra beds with children. The hotel is extremely considerate and courteous to its customers. We arrived at the hotel from London Heathrow Airport very late on January 17th. The front desk guy with glasses welcomed us warmly and helped us carry our luggage to the room. We came to participate in a ballroom dancing competition. We originally booked a hotel for 4 days, but the teacher asked us to come 1 day earlier, and we later booked an additional day. After staying for 1 day, we had to change rooms for another 4 days due to room type issues. We didn’t want to deal with the big stuff, but a female manager, the lady leader, was very considerate and helped us move to the next door, which was very convenient. We booked a double bed, but it was new. The room is a single bed room. For our convenience, an extra bed was added. We are very grateful. And in the next few days, she came to ask if our stay was comfortable, she was very warm and thoughtful. I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to participate in the UK OPEN competition in the future!

Ultimate holiday destination at Dorset, SW England, with sun, beach, sea and pool (and lots of bubbles), friendly staff, vacation mood and good nibbles. Always busy always happening :)

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Probably the biggest room for a standard double. Very short walk to a great beach. Staff very helpful
