Passing by Yuci, I chose to stay at Hampton Inn. Parking is convenient, there is a huge parking lot right at the door! The service staff are very enthusiastic and professional, and are responsive to all requests. The rooms and facilities are very new. The bedding is comfortable, hygienic and clean. The laundry room is particularly good. There are three sets of LG washing and drying machines, and there is no need to queue up. The laundry detergent, disinfectant and softener are all packaged independently, which is very considerate! There were also coffee bags and disposable coffee cups provided in the room. When I was leaving, I realized that hahaha, I took them away 😂 In short, it was a five-star review. I will stay here again when I come to Yuci again!

The hotel facilities are good, there is an independent underground parking lot, the breakfast is good, and the service is acceptable. The internet connection in the room was broken and I couldn't watch TV programs. The hotel didn't apologize at all. Disadvantages: The stairs from the underground parking lot to the hotel lobby are narrow and it is inconvenient to carry luggage. There is no elevator on the first floor to reach the lobby. The hotel is close to the train station and is close to the airport. The sound of landing planes and train noise is a bit noisy.

I decided to take this hotel in the first high school entrance examination. It is very close to the first high school. It can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The price has not soared, and it is very suitable. The hotel also provides a breakfast and lunch order service very intimately. Dinner can also be eaten in the restaurant on the first floor. First, the hotel is very close to the ancient city of Yuci, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Second, the hotel is very new, and the ground parking lot in front of the door is very large and convenient to park. We had no pressure to park our 5.99-meter and 3.4-meter-high RV.
Third, the hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and there is free coffee, tea, etc.
Fourth, the hotel room facilities are very new, the area is large, and the sanitary conditions are very good.
Fifth, and the most important thing is left to last, the service attitude of the hotel staff is really great. They provided us with various conveniences on the first day of check-in, including meeting all our needs. When we checked out the next day, the diesel in the RV froze due to the cold weather and could not start. The front desk staff helped us find the repair shop's phone number, provided basins and hot water to assist in repairing the car, and helped arrange for the children to wait. Huang Doudou and other staff members at the front desk were very concerned about the customers and provided enthusiastic help. We are very grateful. We will definitely stay here again next time we have the chance, and we will even give priority to Hilton Garden Inn in other cities in the future.

Just entered the room and saw that the environment was really good. I stayed for two days. The next day I didn’t know why the toilet smelled bad. I thought it was a problem with no flushing the toilet. I took a look at the toilet. It was clean and ventilated for a long time. The smell is still there. Because the toilet can't live in it, I don't bother to change the room. I found that the toilet door was not closed before going to bed at night. The whole room was the smell of the toilet. It was more than 11 o'clock in the evening. I didn't disturb the front desk and didn't change the room. I opened the window for half an hour. There was no smell, ventilation was opened for a day, I can hear the sound of the toilet ventilation at night. The service attitude is really good. The smell of the toilet is really uncomfortable. The picture is the tea given by the front desk during the waiting process.

I am very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time😃. The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation and many shopping and dining places. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the response is timely, which can meet various needs. The big bed we booked was specially upgraded because we had children. It was very considerate to send welcome fruit when checking in, and I was super satisfied with the room arrangement. Newly renovated, much better than before. Of course, it is incomparable with Shanghai. But it is a good overnight choice in the local area. Breakfast is OK. But the milk is added with sweeteners, it is best to provide the original healthier. The swimming pool is still being renovated so I didn't see it. The elevator is slow. The location is very convenient to the airport.

酒店房間佈局很舒服，環境也很不錯，周邊很方便，走5分鐘就到榆次老城了，很值得一看的榆次老城。辦入住的小姐姐也很nice，很周到講解酒店的其他設施以及地點。餐廳早餐還不錯!房間發現我們帶有電腦還主動為我們準備了鼠標墊，眼鏡布，非常貼心。這次入住感覺特別的棒!

GGuest UserThis is a gorgeous hotel that is centrally-located inside the ancient city with great service. It’s like living in a museum!
The hotel is housed in a thoughtfully renovated ancient college with a beautiful courtyard for chatting, eating, and chilling. The rooms are large, clean, and quiet. I really enjoyed the traditional mat style bed.
The hotel is a short walk away from the bustling Main Street. It was very convenient to walk to most attractions inside the walled City. The hotel owner also arranged free transport to take me to the high speed rail station.
The service was wonderful. No complaints!
If you’re staying here, I recommend checking out not just the ancient walled city but also the ancient temples in the area.
I would stay here again without hesitation.

GGuest UserDuring the Qingming Festival, I visited Pingyao Ancient City with my family and stayed at the Lishe Hotel. This hotel is quaint, clean and elegant. The rooms are clean, tidy and warm. The staff are warm and hospitable. They were still waiting for our arrival at midnight. The breakfast was separate, delicious, clean and hygienic. They also helped us order tickets for the performance of ”Meet Pingyao Again”. The location of the hotel is also very good. The housekeeper helped us online from before check-in to departure, and pointed out the routes of the ancient city attractions in detail on the tourist map.

The hotel is well located in the center of the ancient city, with convenient access to all directions. This courtyard seems to have the magic of a magic weapon. Although it is in the middle of the bustling and noisy ancient city, as long as you enter the courtyard, you will return to peace. The room is very clean and the decoration is antique. Even in the cold winter, the room is warm enough to wear a skirt. The facilities are smart, and the small room reflects the integration of traditional culture and modern technology. I love the hustle and bustle of the ancient city, and I also enjoy the peace and beauty that the courtyard brings me!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Elsewhere North Gate hotel for 1 night during our visit to China from Liverpool, England.
Easy to find and walk to from the North Gate entrance of Pingyao.
We were able to check in early, and our hosts were very helpful in making us feel welcome and provided advice and recommendations on where to eat and go during our stay. We did the castle walls, my tip is to take some water.
The room was modern and clean with plenty of space. Nice hot shower and plenty of free accessories too, which was helpful eg toothbrush and paste, snacks and coffee.
The location is about 2 minutes from the main street in Pingyao too.

SSaucyIf you want to explore the ancient town of Pingyao, then this hotel is fantastic.
It's 15mins away from the high speed railway. They pick up and drop out off outside the city.
With the covid regulations in place, the hotel supported me through the process and helped me gain entry into the city. I was then collected and driven to the hotel.
Check-in was smooth and the lady helped me to book tickets for the Pingyao theatre show at the same time.
I received a free upgrade from a double room to a suite.
All in all, a fantastic holiday, and a great experience.

EEduardo J. RamosLovely hotel right in the heart of the walled city. Be aware entrance is trough a hairdresser. Spacious and modern rooms, very clean and traditional.
Before you visit be advised, taxis cannot enter walled town therefore cannot reach the hotel. Ask taxi driver to drop you off at the East gate of the walls and from there take the golf cart like vehicles (only taxi service allowed within the walled area) to reach the hotel. If you speak mandarin you may be able to get the service for free from the hotel, couldn't get it before check in but they kindly drove me to the East Gate for free when I left. Closest gate to the hotel is the South but has no vehicular access, if carrying luggage, always use East Gate.
