On the way back to Beijing from a self-driving tour, I found a five-star hotel to rest for one night. The price was not expensive. I booked an elegant twin room, and asked the front desk to upgrade it to a deluxe twin room for free. There was also a welcome fruit plate and a rich breakfast. The hotel is very large, with a lake view when you go out, and the location is slightly off. The proactive service awareness is still a bit poor. The hotel did not provide children with slippers and toothbrushes, which is not like a five-star standard. When I left the hotel, I complained to the front desk, but the front desk said that I had to ask the floor attendant for them. There is no children's playground, only a small outdoor slide and swing. The front desk lady is professional and enthusiastic, and responds to everything. The cleaning lady is very diligent and friendly. The sister in charge of cooking noodles in the restaurant makes freshly wrapped and cooked wontons, which are very fragrant. The decoration style of the hotel is very fresh, the soft furnishings inside are very user-friendly, the location is also good, and the transportation is very convenient. The service and environment are very good. We are happy when the children are happy. Another advantage is that you can bring your pet.
