Perfectly located next to long bus station and Chamonix bus station. Room is spacious, tidy, facing stunning mountain views. We all love the place. Breakfast is perfect, great variety and nutrients.

The location is very good, right next to the cable car station, and the next morning, the South Needle is very convenient. Just walking to the town, you have to walk for 15 minutes. Although it is an attic room, it is quite spacious and has a balcony.

Lovely rooms with big balcony enjoying the Mont Blanc. Convenient location close to the train station going to see the glacier and the cave. Nice spa and steam activities.

Exceptional Stay at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chalet Hotel in Chamonix, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the Alps! From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect. Location: The hotel is ideally situated with stunning views of Mont Blanc and easy access to the town and ski lifts. Whether you’re there for skiing, hiking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the mountains, the location couldn’t be better. Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a cozy alpine style with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Dining: The food was fantastic! Breakfast each morning was a generous spread with a variety of fresh options, from pastries to local cheeses and fruits. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the gourmet meals exceeded my expectations. The chef does an excellent job incorporating local ingredients into traditional dishes, all with a contemporary twist. Facilities: The hotel spa is a hidden gem—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or skiing. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful, and the massage I had was the best I’ve had in a long time. They also have a great lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a drink in the evening. Bonus tip: The best Indian restaurant is walkable distance (400 meters) from the hotel - Annapurna 2. Next to the SUD station, the location is great. It is noisy compared to the wheel coming in and out, which will definitely affect it in the early morning and late at night. I would like to choose a room that faces the street instead of the station. For the first time, the hotel has direct heating at the door. The room is all red, and the style is a matter of opinion. In terms of lighting, I personally feel it is insufficient. The man at the front desk had a nice smile.

Lovely modern hotel, clean spacious rooms and breakfast was great. Pool and jacuzzi cold. Sauna had been removed from site and gym was pretty pathetic. The staff were friendly and it was a very warm and welcoming hotel. Location was a bit far out from the centre with no restaurants nearby. Buses were about a 10 minute walk and every 20 minutes.

The location is very good, the facilities are perfect, and the service staff is warm. You can see the opposite of Bronx at the hotel. The hotel's swimming pool water is heated and you can swim in the late autumn season. It is a good choice to live here in Xiamoni.

This is very close to taking the Lumidiguir cable car and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities is very satisfactory. External parking is no problem. Everything was good and the time of one night was so unfortunate

I was originally looking forward to staying in this hotel and booked a larger room. Later, they gave us a small ordinary room. I complained to the hotel and it was not the room I booked. They later changed me to a larger room. The room was on the third floor. The staff at the door of the hotel was probably an inexperienced waiter. He spoke very unpleasantly and rolled his eyes. The waiter downstairs also said, ”This is the room you booked. I really Very speechless! Later, when I saw the photos, I realized that I had not booked it. Of course, the hotel apologized and gave me a small bottle of champagne, but the experience was also very bad! I wanted to go to the SPA again, but the waiter said that our hotel was very full. I asked for a long time but got no reply. I asked again the next morning, and there was actually a seat!
