The location of the hotel is really good. Walking out is the dreamy hillside, next to the train station, and walking up there is a small town supermarket and some small shops. It is also very close to the first Shandong cable car. Although it is a hotel that is more than 100 years old, the infrastructure is also super good, with everything it should have, and the breakfast is also very good.

Nice mountain view from the room, but the room is not big. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the Grindlewald station and 2 mins walk from the First Bahn to go Grindlewald First. The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are very patient to answer all our questions and assist us to book the ticket to the Jungfraujoch. Breakfast was nice. We have our dinner at their restaurant as well. The food was great, we were very much enjoy it. I love the onion soup. Of course, the waitress also very nice. Our room have the balcony, we have a nice Eiger view with just in front of us. Super!

This hotel made you feel like home. The room is very cosy and clean, breakfast is delicious and most importantly all the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and already felt that we are family. When I left on the 4th morning, I hugged goodbye to the gentleman working in the restaurant. I will definitely re-visit this hotel. Great location too. 1 minute to the train station. This hotel is just PERFECT!

The Schilthorn view room is great! The terrace faces the snow-capped mountains and dreamy slopes, so beautiful! The bathroom is also very large, and there is an open-air bath below. Although it is not big, it is still fun. I also gave you chocolates before leaving, thank you!

The breakfast is very good, the spa area is sufficient and diverse, the swimming pool is a highlight, and there is no need to worry about having nowhere to go in bad weather. The room was a bit small, the bathroom had a bathtub but it was not very useful as we went to the spa. The restaurant can provide take-out, the pizza is of good quality, I didn't try other things. The scenery is first-class and there is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient. Highly recommended. Some rooms require climbing stairs, which is a bit inconvenient, so please pay attention when booking a room.

The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. Providing a great online customer service while having the e enquiries before checking in. Hotel room with the extraordinary view facing Jungfrau which highly maximize the experience during stay. However, the location of the hotel is quite up on the hill. Guests with large luggage like me may feel inconvenience.

Grindelwald Train Station is less than a minute's walk away. The room is very clean and comfortable. You can open three large suitcases (and put them under the bed frame after opening). The windows in the room are large and a small fan is provided, so you don't have to worry about stuffiness when sleeping in summer. Breakfast is a classic continental breakfast, and the food is replenished very quickly. The staff is constantly walking around clearing the tables and checking the supply. Mainly because I don’t feel too happy eating breakfast while looking at the mountain view! The staff is also very friendly and enthusiastically recommends nearby hiking routes. I will still recommend staying here next time I visit. 

The room layout is very local. The hotel is in a good location, with beautiful environment and complete facilities. The mini bar in the room is free on the first night, which is a surprise.
