Walaupun kamarnya tidak besar, tapi sangat bersih dan nyaman. Parkir Gratis. Intinya Anda bisa meminjam sepeda gratis, dan Anda bisa makan dan minum gratis 24 jam sehari! Tentu saja, air minum kemasan juga tersedia dalam persediaan yang tidak terbatas. Pelayanan front desk juga berdasarkan standar bintang lima. Rasio harga/kinerja adalah yang terbaik dalam perjalanan ke Taiwan ini. Sangat dianjurkan!

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan Stasiun Kereta Hualien, sehingga memudahkan untuk pergi ke mana saja dari area stasiun. Ruang lounge luas dan nyaman, dan sarapan sederhana disediakan di pagi hari. Hostel ini sangat direkomendasikan.

Overall a good experience (except one thing - see in the bottom). The location is somewhat central and on the walking promenade, but not very close to the railway station or the waterfront. About 25-35 min walk to the railway station but still okay. About 15 min to the waterfront. Food options: there are a couple of local restaurants right near across from the promenade, including a noodle shop, a tempura donburi and a fried seafood place - all along the promenade. There's also a PX Mart not too far away, about 5 min walk. The rooms are spacious and clean, very new renovation (as of 2025, seems like 2023-2024), no fridge in the room (on the first floor only), but there's a kettle. The bed was somewhat stiff but okay. Overall felt like great value for the location and the quality, and especially the room size. The only drawback - Easy to fix - was the towels. There was no proper size bathroom towels on my stay in May 2025. The small towels are rather insuficcient for showering.

Very positive experience. Place is quite nice if you look for a decent Hostel in Hualien (even though it might look a little bit run down from the outside). Nice roof top terrace for a night cup and 24h free flow coffee/tea is a plus. Communication with the front desk staff varies a lot, depending on the individual English language skills of the staff on duty, but has never been a real issue. Moreover, we‘ve been quite surprised having a German speaking guy there the day we‘ve checked in.
