GGuest User環境衞生非常滿意，電腦配置硬件設施也很棒，吐槽一下前台接待及服務流程問題。首先交按金強制加微信這個事情就非常反感，先不講現在絕大部分酒店已經不需要按金了，就算交也是掃碼原路返還，還要強制加微信是不是有點過了？第二就是前台不認人，不管出去幾次回來就要問幾次，換了前台接着問，搞得人非常煩躁，有沒有什麼解決方案？一天出去三次回來要證明三次我們在這住店。給保潔大姐點贊，服務非常熱情。
