Very bad hotel room & washroom, even water bottle charges by hotel.

Room is very dirty and there is smell of dampness in the room also there is no hot water in the bathroom and the bed sheet and pillow cover was also very dirty. The wiring of room was also damaged. Very worst experience of stay so it is suggested do not visit in this hotel batra Continental

I had such a delightful stay at this luxury hotel! From the moment I walked in, Rahul and Jatin the vibe was so welcoming. The team here, especially two fantastic folks, really took care of me with their amazing service – they were just awesome! It's the little things that make a world of difference.Green trees around hotel. Can't wait to come back for another relaxing getaway!

I had lunch party with my family, at Saffron dinning area. We had buffet and the food is really delicious, ambience is so good, We celebrate our anniversary, Mr. Ashok help us to get cake at minimum time. All over staff and services is excellent Thanks to everyone to made our party memorable Thanks to all🙏🙏🙏

I was here for a business trip and I should say, it was a very pleasant stay of 4 nights. From ensuring a smooth check-in to my food restrictions and most importantly housekeeping tolerating all my tantrums/ requests. A special mention to Mr.Pankaj Rayal ,Who took care of each and every request. Green trees 🎄 around hotel and beautiful lawn for walk. Delicious food.

The day stay was very comfortable at Hotel Batra Continental was amazing. Sejal gave really nice room with complimentary upgrade to junior suite. Such a beautiful room it was. Harsh and Anoop at reception were also very humble with us upon check out. Delicious food beautiful restaurant. Free big parking and green trees around hotel.

The whole hotel smells nice, the staff are helpful and professional. The best part for me was the dinner. Every single piece of food that was delivered to my table was excellent. The pineapple crumble pie with vanilla ice cream was killer. After spending three weeks frequenting cheap hostels in Nepal and India I splurged on this nice hotel and got what I asked for: a serene, luxurious stay with great food Overall experience was good. I did not face any difficulty. The location was also suitable.

Every staff member, from Hotel Batra Continental, is extremely helpful, cheerful, and always goes that extra mile to gain customer satisfaction.
