I had lunch party with my family, at Saffron dinning area. We had buffet and the food is really delicious, ambience is so good, We celebrate our anniversary, Mr. Ashok help us to get cake at minimum time. I was here for a business trip and I should say, it was a very pleasant stay of 4 nights. From ensuring a smooth check-in to my food restrictions and most importantly housekeeping tolerating all my tantrums/ requests. A special mention to Mr.Pankaj Rayal ,Who took care of each and every request. Green trees π around hotel and beautiful lawn for walk. Delicious food.

The day stay was very comfortable at Hotel Batra Continental was amazing. Sejal gave really nice room with complimentary upgrade to junior suite. Such a beautiful room it was. Harsh and Anoop at reception were also very humble with us upon check out. Delicious food beautiful restaurant. Free big parking and green trees around hotel.

The whole hotel smells nice, the staff are helpful and professional. The best part for me was the dinner. Every single piece of food that was delivered to my table was excellent. The pineapple crumble pie with vanilla ice cream was killer. After spending three weeks frequenting cheap hostels in Nepal and India I splurged on this nice hotel and got what I asked for: a serene, luxurious stay with great food Overall experience was good. I did not face any difficulty. The location was also suitable.

We are currently staying at Hotel Batra Continental, Hoshiarpur, I am writing this review to appreciate the hard work and welcoming gesture by the staff working at this property. Every staff member, from Hotel Batra Continental, is extremely helpful, cheerful, and always goes that extra mile to gain customer satisfaction. I would personally thank all the staff members working at this property, Ms. Kulwinderkaur, Mr. Naresh, Mr.Amar (General Manager Mr. SanjayRaj) Anoop Singh at the front Desk.

Wonderful stay and very good service by hotel staff. Food quality and taste is so good. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean. Hotel location is very good. Staff behaviour is very good. Highly recommend to travelers to there stay at Hoshiarpur. I would like to thank all staff.

Very poor service even they do not provide water bottle in room. No sleeper nothing. Tv not working. On top there is no system at all. It was totally wastage of hard earned money staying at this hotel.
