Not up to the usual standard at all, I'm afraid. Staff welcome good, but air con in room not working at all. With all the windows being of the non-opening type, the room ended up being like a greenhouse. 28° outside, and not much cooler inside. No other rooms available apparently, and yes, I've heard that line before.... Staff said that they would report it to maintenance, but surprise, surprise, maintenance never showed up for the duration of our stay. It was noted that a fan was already in the room when we arrived, which made me as myself why is there a fan in the room if the air con is working? Breakfast good, but overall experience disappointing, and sandards have definitely slipped.

We were in England for a sad occasion. The Travel Lodge was okay; it was in a central location, and the staff were pleasant and mostly helpful. But the rooms were cramped and very hot, there was a small fan, the windows did not open more than 6 inches! we realised it was a very hot week. But the reason for my poor review is that, there was no toilet brush provided! I asked a cleaner and she said "We do not provide them" we expected the toilet to be cleaned, but when we returned later it had not been !!! Were we expected to purchase a toilet brush from a shop nearby?

Clean and secure central Horsham hotel. Could do with air conditioning in rooms as if hot the windows need to be kept open and it can be noisy if busy at weekends. Pubs and restaurants are nearby so lots of revellers enjoying themselves until the early hours.

Dani was awesome! sorted me out and early check-in! room was lovely. best greeting ever. close to all local amenities and delights of Horsham! Great experience all round so would recommend the stay to anyone. wether spoons is nice and close so would be the best option for breakfast

Me and my partner had an amazing stay, the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, special mention to Danni who was extremely helpful with where to park the car, such a lovely young lady. Room was very clean and tidy. So happy with the whole experience.

A truly wonderful stay at this hotel with my partner… rooms here are very spacious. Clean and tidy the housekeepers are wonderful and so friendly. All the staff who we spoke to were lovely nice bunch of ladies here will definitely stay again.

Room had clearly not been cleaned/serviced properly before arrival. Particularly carpet that had dirt/debri and other rubbish that hadn't been picked up/hoovered including toe nail clippings from previous occupant! Also, outer window ledges were covered in pigeon excrement, some dried that had blown into the room through open window. Other issues booking in, but not as disgusting as the room mot being serviced properly.

Great staff, stay here often. Convenient, and clean. Great customer service from Tasha and Jade. My go to hotel in Horsham Just keep your phone away from door card.
