Boat parking for up to a 35ft boat. Swim-out backyard. All brand new foam beds, freshly painted, always professionally cleaned. Close to great waterfront restaurants, pontoon rentals, state park, hiking trails and more. By car, 1 min from town center and 5 min from Rt 80. The space House is located down about 70 stairs from street/driveway. If you're OK with stairs, you'll love the location. Beautiful scenic views, incredible sunrises, and great for water sports. Guest access Access to lake, dock, fire pit, two kayaks and one paddle board. Other things to note House is perfect size for up to 3 adults and up to 5 total with children. It might be tight with more than 3 adults since there's just (1) Queen bed and (1) Twin bed.
