We understand this issue with the room, and probably what happened is that housekeeping service tried to enter in order to clean the room. We always strive for the highest standards. However, every room's door is provided with a lock that can be used in this cases by the guest, and also a ''Do not disturb'' sign is up to your disposal if needed.
