第一次給差評，一個小鎮上的酒店原本不應該有很高的要求，乾淨點就行了，乾淨都談不上，早餐也沒有，定單上有兩份早餐，但實際沒早餐，真的很無語，進電梯電梯就壞了卡在電梯裏面10分鐘左右，我都沒要你們賠償精神損失費和退房費，家裡小孩燙傷後用了點葯水塗手上不小心弄被單上還要賠償清洗費？大過年想錢想瘋了嗎？
